Lovely hotel right opposite the beach, very clean and cosy, good sized rooms and a plentiful breakfast!

Hotel situated right in front of the main beach. Staff is very friendly food reasonable great pool on roof with bar and stunning views of the sea. I would recommend to families and couples.

Lovely hotel great location, always get a lounger no matter what time of day it was even though people were reserving towels and not even showing their face.

Perfect location facing the sea and with many services around. Easy to park on the street since the parking hotel charges €10 per day and there is free parking outside. The breakfast buffet very good. The air conditioning in the room did NOT work very well, there is NO air in any other area of the restaurant, which is quite inconvenient for these times. The safe in the room did NOT work, we reported it and it was never fixed. The phone in the room did NOT work, so if we wanted to report something to #9 which is the reception we could NOT. The room is spacious, simple but comfortable.

Great location. Facing the beach. But also if you are transported to move around the rest of the island. The room was nothing special but still adequate. The air conditioning works well but a bit noisy for those who are light sleepers. Personally, we preferred to cut it at night. Parking is chargeable. The breakfast is really great! We can't wait to wake up to enjoy it. Note that there is a dress code for dinner at the Cap Roig restaurant as well as for the terrace/pool on the 5th floor, which is prohibited for children.

Great location next to bars and restaurants. The adult area and infinity pool offer superb views. Food ok, staff are friendly and helpful, clean rooms. The hotel does have some entertainment on but this is rather limited perhaps due to the size of the hotel as it is not large by any means. There are lots of other bars nearly with live music though. Be aware the hotel bar closes quite early. The main gripe is the Wifi which is very intermittent or faulty. Impossible to get my iPad connected despite attempts at Reception to get it working. Wifi issues sorting out for sure.

The hotel is beautiful, lovely atmosphere on arrival, really lovely environment to spend your holiday Positive points - staff are lovely, reception, bar, restaurant are all super friendly and helpful, - location is amazing, right on the beach and near all you could need, - Bar area is a lovely atmosphere, staff attentive and lovely drinks, - Food is fine, good choices at breakfast with a variety. Dinner has less variety but I am fussy! - You can hire pool towels for a small refundable deposit, -The rooftop terrace is stunning, we popped up for a drink one afternoon and I imagine it’s gorgeous in the evening (we had a teenager so couldn’t use) -Chilled atmosphere throughout the hotel, Negative’s - Pool area, the sunbed situation was a big down side. Literally all beds are gone by 8.15, no chance of a parasol unless you are first down. Nowhere near enough beds and parasols for the amount of guests. Due to this we spent most of our days at the beach but need to factor in costs of sunbeds (19.50 for 2 beds and a parasol- pricey for us as a family of 4). Might seem petty but this sunbed issue is a real negative unless you are an early bird/ beach lover, - Be aware that families and groups of young people stay here. We have been woken on a few occasions by people getting in at 5am!

Lovely hotel! The adults only roof top pool and bar was amazing with great views. The room had everything you needed with comfortable beds. Stayed with breakfast included which was great had plenty of choice and never felt busy as some buffets can. I would certainly return

Had such a great time at this hotel. Perfect location, right on the beach and the view from the roof top was beautiful. Our room was spacious and very clean, good shower in the bathroom and very comfy bed. I opted for a pool view room and was happy with that. We were B&B as we like to eat out every night, but the breakfast was pretty good and varied. The cocktails on the roof top were amazing!! We spent every day on the roof, the infinity pool was great and the beds were lovely too. Loads of places nearby for eating out, you were never more than a 10 min walk away from a restaurant. Definitely recommend Santa Ponsa to get away from the main noisy area of Magaluf and enjoy a more chilled time as a couple

This hotel is in the best location right across from Santa Poncas white sandy beach! Bar barracuda is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. First class for amenities, friendly staff and cleanliness. Our room was kept clean & tidy throughout our stay. Food plenty of choice we stayed B&B. Thankfully no sun bed wars… but not enough parasols by the pool for shade, so witnessed people taking if you nipped for food or to the shop. Two pool areas, the one on the roof top has fantastic views and 16+ if you want it a little quieter chill time. If we return to Santa Ponca we will definitely stay at Casa Del Mar

We had a room with a sea view. Because it was on the first floor our view was obscured by trees but still nice. Some of the other rooms have double sun beds outside the balcony. Ours didn’t have one but we didn’t mind because it was too hot to lie out on them. Room was nice and modern with 3 pillows (luxury) and plenty of storage. Lovely big shower too with lots of shampoo and conditioner. The cleaning of the bathroom, and the room could have been better though. The pool area was great. We never had any trouble getting a sunbed and didn’t have to get up really early to get one. Only criticism is the lack of umbrellas. Rooftop pool was gorgeous and nice to have a child free area. But again the lack of any shade because no umbrellas with sun beds, or covers on the cabana beds was an issue. I saw someone using a sheet from their room to get some shade. We were bed and breakfast and the food and the dining room were good. No complaints. Overall a good hotel in a great location opposite the beach.

This is a lovely modern hotel, centrally based, so great access to everything with great facilities and amazing staff. However, it could do with a few minor improvements to cement its 4 star rating. We arrived around 5 pm, check-in was straightforward, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We'd booked a superior room with a sea view and got a corner room with a wrap around balcony with great views. The balcony had a low table and 2 chairs, but it didn't have a mini maiden to hang wet towels and bikinis on. The balcony perimeter was glass, so pegging anything on there was difficult, so we ended up using the chairs to dry items, which meant we didn't really sit out on the balcony that much of an evening. The room was spacious with a separate shower room. The room was cleaned every day, bins emptied, and towels changed. The staff who cleaned the rooms were brilliant, we left them all our Euro change, a thank you note and a bottle of vodka we loved them so much. The beds weren't the comfiest but adequate for our stay, and there was a great selection of pillows to use. Great flat screen TV with plenty of channels and also a mini fridge to use. Like with most hotels, you don't get a great number of hangers to use. However, I took extra travel hangers, which meant we got 9 hangers each, which was fine. The hotel layout took a bit of getting used to, the lifts close to the reception are really small but we found there was several ways to get to our room so taking time to explore the hotel is recommended. The main pool area was decked, so it got hot in the sun, but it was well maintained and jet washed during our stay. The sunbeds were fine, but there weren't sufficient poolside umbrellas. There was a well documented sunbed policy, laminated cards dotted about the pool, but no enforcement of the rules, so plenty of reserving beds went on with the policy mainly ignored. Pool towels are available with a deposit that came in handy to use with your own towel, and you could get fresh ones from the lifeguard. The hotel also has an adults only rooftop section with beds, bali beds, and an infinity pool. These were great, but there wasn't any shade to bed had. For all bali bed covers can be seen in the main photos, there was none on any bed during out stay which meant the sun could be brutal. There was a bat and seating area to use, and the staff made a great cocktail. The dining room was spacious and had an outdoor section by the pool. We only stayed B&B, but breakfast was served until 10.30, which was great. It was the usual buffet style with an array of choices, I'd asked ahead about gluten free options ahead of time and some were available but they weren't the best so I ended up buying better options from the supermarket next door to use each morning. The restaurant facilities were good, and the staff worked tirelessly (can't fault them), but I've had better food choices in other H10 hotels I've stayed at. Check out was 12 noon which is qui
