We stayed here for 7 nights. Place was fantastic. It's in a good location as most of the restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Rooms are good but no lifts to get to upper levels so if you not able to go up a lot of steps. Request a ground floor room. Very family oriented place. All staff very friendly and helpful. The place is kept very clean. The breakfast is great, The chef will make you an omelette and pancakes for the kids. The pool is great not that deep and there’s a lifeguard on duty during the day. There is a kids pool also. You can have lunch at the pool or outside the bar area. The Night entertainment is great and the kids club. Pab is great with the kids they love him. He's great fun. He does kids disco Bingo and music quiz’s and Karaoke most nights.

We chose this hotel from a combination of reviews and the choice of suites. We were very pleased with our room especially after upgrading it. We always choose bed and breakfast as we prefer trying different local restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful and varied a bit crowded and if you wanted to sit outside you had to queue most mornings. My dislike in many hotels is the lack of hot plates and there are none here also the hot dishes weren’t really hot so pretty cold by the time you came to sit down and eat !! Tried room service one evening and pizza was reasonable, we understand the food has to get to you but the burger and fries were cold. Didn’t try again. Our room was super and our ‘lady Fati’ was really lovely and cleaned thoroughly.

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

We loved staying at this hotel. Our room was very big, the bedroom separated from the living room. Gorgeous view of the sea, and nice balcony. The service was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was huge, with many fresh choices. Everyone was very friendly at hotel, and most spoke English. Great Old Fashion cocktail at the bar. We enjoyed the food at the poolside bar. I had the hamburger and my husband had the Power Bowl. Very tasty. Rent a car because nothing is close by. Netty helped us book an awesome sunset cruise on a catamaran. Highly recommend this hotel!

I travelled with my children and did not feel it was good value for what we paid. There was only one staff at reception so if we needed anything they weren’t able to offer much help. The cleaners only came once during our 4 night stay and all they did was clean the bathroom and replace towels. We were told to empty the bins ourselves. I thought by paying so much we can at least get good cleaning service! The safe in our room was not working so I had to carry our passports around for two days! The clothes airer was broken and balcony light wasn’t working. They did send maintenance to fix this however I felt these checks should be done before. The sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable at all and certainly not for two people as the mattress is very thin. It was not a cheap stay so I felt not worth it unfortunately.

I’ll preface my review with we got our room for a great price as we booked quite last minute so my experience reflects that. The location is 5 min walk to the beach, bars and restaurants but tucked away so no loud revellers passing at night! The room we were in was likely the most basic they have. It was small without a balcony (or fridge) but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable plus good air con (which was a godsend after spending all day in the humid temps!). We will upgrade for a balcony next time as drying wet items without it was a faff. Staff were friendly and accommodating however make sure to use your house keeping sign should you want your room cleaned as we forgot and had to request fresh towels (which reception were happy to provide for us) The pool area was our favourite by far, it’s well maintained and super quiet. There was always a sun bed available and plenty of shade. The only con here is access to the actual pool isn’t till 11 which is quite late really but it closes at 7pm. Plenty of soft and alcoholic drink options, including cocktails at the bar and they also do food (like pizza, chips etc) but we didn’t try it so I can’t comment on it. Breakfast was included but it’s a very small selection of items. Bacon, scrambled eggs, beans or tomatoes, cereals, breads, fruit, cold meats, cheese, tea coffee and fruit juices. We personally loved the breakfast that was included as it was enough for us but for those used to big hotels, you may be disappointed. They have a luggage store room that has a shower which was fab as we had a late flight back but you can request a late checkout for an additional charge (€20/25pp) Beach/pool towels are available but require a refundable €10 deposit. We just kept the same one for the full trip. Overall we had a very pleasant time and hope to return soon!
