It is very convenient to go to the airport. The shuttle bus runs every hour. Next to it is Chicago Outlets, which is worth a visit. The hygiene is good, it is quite clean, and the service is also very good. It is a pity that there is no breakfast

I arrived early and there was a room available so they helped me check in early. I stayed here to take a flight and go to an outlet tomorrow morning, and I am satisfied!

To be honest, this was the worst experience I had during this trip. The air conditioner was so noisy that it was right next to the engine. The air conditioner control panel on the wall was broken, so I had to get up in the middle of the night to find the switch on the air conditioner. Although the hotel quickly offered to change rooms, it was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and I didn't have the energy to catch a flight the next morning. The curtains cannot block the light and are directly affecting the bed and affecting sleep. The broken switch this morning made me unable to bear it any longer and I must leave a negative review.

The staff at the front desk are friendly, they provide free airport drop-off, and the driver helps with luggage, which is very good👍The foyer is small and has a sense of design. Didn't order breakfast. Very close to the outlets, within walking distance. Not far from the airport or blue line subway, but requires a taxi. The view outside the room window is great, you can watch the highway and planes taking off and landing, but of course it's a bit noisy. The room is generally hygienic and the facilities are quite complete.

It was good because it was close to the airport, there is an entertainment area where you can have a drink until late at night, and the best thing is that there is a shopping center so it was good to buy gifts for friends. and It was better structured and spacious and clean than a hotel in the middle of the city. I recommend it. ~^^
