The hotel is in a good location, and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Spanish Square, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. It also takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to the Vatican and the Colosseum. The hotel's service response speed is quite fast. In terms of facilities, the bedroom is relatively large, but the design of the bathroom is hard to describe. The toilet and the washbasin are next to each other, and the bathroom door is also fighting with the toilet. The design is very anti-human. Overall, it's not bad, and the price is expensive
Next to the famous Via Veneto, near the embassy area and many high-end hotels, it is very safe, quiet and convenient. The room area is large in Rome, the decoration is exquisite, the facilities are well maintained, and the curtains are automatic. There are three buses at the door, and it is not far to walk to the subway station. is the breakfast is more general. The overall stay experience was good.
Hotel was very new and clean but very small, would come back next time.
swimming pool were way too small, only have a few beds. During our stay I see a lot of outside guests to share such a little space, hotel should have give hotel guests priority to use the pool.
Breakfast wasn’t too impressed, 60% of cold dishes, hot food on menu, only offers some eggs and hams, each guest can only order once.

The hotel is located in the ancient city. The environment is very quiet. The atrium is suitable for resting and drinking coffee. It is very comfortable. The room decoration is very simple and the restaurant is also very diverse. It is really an unforgettable experience.
Environment: Excellent location, 7 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps.
Service: Warm and thoughtful.
Facilities: Very new hotel, I like it very much.
Hygienic: clean and tidy.
The location is very good. Plaza de España, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Colosseum are all within walking distance.
The hotel is very new so it is very clean. The service is also very friendly and any problems are handled quickly. Shopping around is convenient and safe. The hotel breakfast is open until 12 o'clock, which can save a meal and is also very good haha
- Excellent location - semi walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Borghese
- concierge extremely kind and helpful, gives very clear and effective advices - good restaurant recommendations too
- The room is large, but my dad praised it as ”old and big” - The facilities are old and there is nothing in the room - there is no kettle, coffee machine, or cup. . . , the carpet is not very clean either
- Some people at the front desk were very nice. There was a lady who was very rude. She was free. I went to check out and she asked me to wait nearby. When another man came up, she greeted him first.
in short, this is a good hotel property but could be much better managed.
The location of the hotel is not very close to the subway entrance. If you need to take a taxi, you can just call at the front desk, otherwise it is not easy to take a taxi. But the hotel environment is very good, clean bedding is very comfortable, with children can set a sofa bed, the hotel directly paved, service is good
The service is very good. From the doorman to the street, I laugh very sincerely. The location is on the street of Rome. It is not far from all the attractions. It is quite quiet. All the drinks in the refrigerator are free. The price is really not cheap, more than 4,000. One night for the renminbi, because it was previously booked another hotel, it was discovered that it was pitted, and I temporarily booked Aleph, and it is estimated that it would be cheaper to book in advance.

XXiaofadianxiaA treasure hotel in Rome, the location is very good and safe, next to the city government and bank, the room is very new and clean, the decoration is carefully designed, the details are very beautiful, the front desk has a variety of snacks and candies, the rest area is warm and tidy. The owner and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. The owner asked us which country we came from and patiently explained the routes of various attractions, restaurants, ice cream shops with translation software. The hostess sent us cupcakes and drinks. After check-in, we will introduce the use of room facilities in detail and tell us that the drinks in the minibar are all free and you can find them if you need them. And it is rare to have slippers, complete toiletries and a kettle in an Italian hotel. When we went out early the next morning, the hostess invited us to have coffee, because the driver was already waiting, and we thanked for the refusal. The mistress immediately returned to the room and handed us a beautiful paper pocket, and opened it after hurriedly getting in the car and saw that the five-stuff croissant, with salami intestines, ham, cheese, caramel, was moved to speak. This is the highest-standard courtesy of coming to Italy, let us feel the warmth and kindness of a foreign country. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!
AAnonymous UserSofitel 🏨 Health is very good, facilities are good, the environment is OK; breakfast is delicious, the restaurant service staff is more polite and thoughtful, keep smiling; unfortunately Italy 🇮🇹 Rome Sofitel Sofitel 🏨 staff do not know what is going on? The attitude of the five-star hotel I have ever stayed in is the worst. The hotel service staff at the door never pulls the door to the guests (it is not only us to observe), the chat content is full of impolite and swear words 🤬, the quality is amazing, the attitude is speechless, impolite, Not thoughtful, not service, do not know their work content and work attitude. Is it the Sofitel Sofitel in Italy 🇮🇹 that does not employ qualified personnel? Or is the company not responsible for employee training? Or is the company's salary dissatisfied? Or is this the case with the Italian 🇮🇹 Roman staff? (Other Italian 🇮🇹 hotel staff are polite! ! ! ) Or are these Sofitel Sofitel hotels that specialize in working as God?

陶陶觅The location is a little closer to the Spanish steps, but it is also necessary to walk for at least 15 minutes, but it is safe and there is no pressure at night. The lobby is ok, the room is especially small, and somehow, a special sofa is placed in front of the TV. It is bigger than the door. I don’t know how to get it in. I especially wanted to move it to the door to let the hotel Look at how far this is outrageous, but the door can't move out, it is also convincing. Breakfast is not good, the food is not fresh, especially the ham, it has deteriorated when eaten, and the fruit is also very poor. Milan, Bologna, Florence, Naples, Sorrento, along the way, this is the worst quality hotel in the same price, has been staying at the end of October, the price is still 3000. + one night, the price is poor. Super is not recommended.
JJalenWuThe location of the hotel is convenient and safe. Close to Piazza di Spagna. However the checkin process was disappointing because the hotel can’t find me via phone for the self checkin. There is nobody at reception at the time of checking in. So get prepared by this. You can leave your luggages at the restaurant at the corner of the building, which is owned by the hotel owner. There are some noise at night when people coming back and the wall is obviously thin.
