"This hotel is very beautiful. Hidden in the tropical rainforest surrounded by rice paddies. It’s a little bit further out from central Ubud but I rented a motorbike and parked i at the hotel. The bath was great. The pool and restaurant was fantastic. The onsite Indian restaurant was phenomenal."

"This is one of those hotels you just want to return to. Over six days, we never once felt like we were missing anything. On the contrary, every day we discovered something new, and we really didn't want to leave. The most striking impression was the level of service. They truly surround you with care from the moment you check in until you check out. It was incredibly convenient that we could communicate with staff via WhatsApp: we ordered room service, used the laundry, booked activities, and any question was resolved quickly. The Kids Club deserves a special mention. We loved the eco-friendly approach: the hotel has its own garden where children can walk around, plant and care for plants, make crafts from natural materials, and participate in various creative activities. The club itself is very clean, well-equipped, and the educators are incredibly kind and attentive. Besides that, there’s a real, small mini-zoo on the premises. Every day we went to see the animals: there are deer, goats, rabbits, birds, an otter, and other inhabitants. The deer impressed the children the most. You can also go fishing. The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful. The pool with a jungle view is one of the most memorable spots, where we wanted to spend time every day. The food also left an excellent impression. Breakfasts were very diverse. A personal discovery for me was the coconut vegan yogurts – so delicious that I ate them every morning. And when we left in the middle of the night to catch the sunrise at Mount Batur, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take with us. Over the six days, we still didn't manage to try everything the hotel has to offer. There are so many activities for adults and children that you could easily spend your entire vacation here without hardly leaving the property. The only thing to consider is that the hotel is located not in the center of Ubud, but closer to Kintamani. For us, this was actually an advantage – it's quiet all around, with fresh air and a feeling of complete unity with nature. There's a free shuttle several times a day to the center, so getting there isn't difficult. Due to its elevated location, it's cooler here in the mornings and evenings than in Ubud itself, so I recommend bringing a light sweater."

"Nice resort, nice beach, nice hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service were abysmal. First and foremost, they burn garbage on the beach, so the entire resort smells like burnt garbage/plastic. On the first night the bed was broken, we reported the issue and were shown a second room. Unfortunately a bat flew in the room, and was contained in the washroom which made the room unsanitary. No other rooms were available, we were offered a paid upgrade which we declined. Wrote to Trip and documented the issue via the hotel's WhatsApp. The hotel offered us a complimentary pool view room, but only the next day so we had to sleep in this collapsed bed. The next room we were moved to, the tea cups were not washed and a gum was left in the coffee/tea tray which shows the poor quality in cleanliness. The hotel refused to provide any compensation for the first night. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere."

"I want to recommend it to everyone and I can’t bear to let people know the treasure hotel. I didn’t hesitate to book it when I saw this skylight. Even if there was no evaluation, I stayed here for two days and didn’t go anywhere. The meal was very high-quality. The spa was good. The sky light had eight rooms. It was really a very quiet one. The restroom staff are also very hospitable. The room design is very good and clean. The toiletries are also very good. And if you have any needs, you can communicate with the staff from WhatsApp. The balcony is outside the river view. Listening to the sound of the river is very healing. The favorite is the skylight white. The scenery is different from the sunny and rainy days in the evening. Even the stars can be seen at night. It is so beautiful. I will come back next time. I hope the hotel is getting better and better. I am worried that I can’t book a room next time. Haha"

"The room is conveniently located in Kuta Mall, right above Melisa, which offers a great selection of styles and sizes. The supermarket was visited many times, and there's a pharmacy next to it where you can buy sunscreens and skincare products as souvenirs – very convenient. There's also a Watsons nearby. We love durian, so we bought some and ate it right outside the hotel before going in. The hotel pool is quite small, and the pool view room we booked was significantly more expensive, making the value for money feel a bit low. Breakfast was just average. Perhaps because it's a central location, the service was quite good overall, and Indonesian service in general is excellent. We stayed for four days and visited Ubud and Jimbaran on two of those days. The traffic was terrible, and since we didn't want to wake up early, we usually left by taxi around 11 AM. It took us over 2 hours to cover the 30-something kilometers to Ubud! Coming back, a taxi from Ubud cost almost double. It was about 100 [currency] to get there and over 200 [currency] for the return trip."

"★★★★★ A hotel I'd love to visit again This was our last accommodation during our trip to Bali. During our stay, there were some unfortunate incidents: cigarette smoke entered our room, and a hair was found in the food at breakfast. However, in both cases, the staff responded very promptly and with genuine care. The room change was handled quickly, and regarding the breakfast issue, they sincerely apologized and showed a strong commitment to improvement. I believe that what truly matters in travel is not whether problems never occur, but rather how they are resolved when they do. In that regard, the service at this hotel was truly impressive. Thanks to the warm smiles and kindness of the staff, the good memories far outweighed the inconveniences.
