Hotel Villa Enrica

Paid over €4,000 to stay there for 6 nights As you’ll see our view doesn’t really match up with the photos on booking dot com. If I had known that was going to be the view I simply wouldn’t have booked a room for so much money. Basically a view of looking into the hotel in front of us. We had a hot tub in an upstairs part of the room. Sat into it for a half hour and nearly got a stroke with the heat. The upstairs part of the room had a large balcony but you’d to walk up a spiral staircase to get there, it wasn’t really of any use whatsoever. Had breakfast paid for as part of our stay and gave up on it after the first morning. The bar area is tiny and has no atmosphere there. Would have felt awkward to have sat there as it would have basically only been us and the bartender. The other reviews are amazing and I honestly can’t for the life of me see whatever it was that those people saw in the hotel. Genuinely wouldn’t recommend. Our room wasn’t spacious either for the money we paid. Very little to do in Riva as well. Spent a lot of our time here in the room watching Netflix in bed with the doors shut and air con turned up to the max. Definitely didn’t help that it was very hot and humid while we stayed here. Couldn’t recommend it to anyone to stay in this hotel, too much money for not a whole pile in return. PS. The hotel in front of us had a rooftop bar which was basically looking straight into our bed if we opened the curtains. Also the checkout was at 11am, in every hotel I’ve ever stayed in it’s usually 12pm.

Very impressive service and overall great standard on both food and rooms. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff feels very personal and caring a rare combination in many hotels. Easy and safe xar parking behind the hotel on the area. Also very dogfriendly.

This is a really lovely little hotel - modern, spotlessly clean and with staff who seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The breakfast in particular is fantastic - lots of interesting and unusual things to try and all great quality. As others have said it is a bit of a walk into the main area of Riva (which is beautiful) but the path along the side of the lake is spectacular. I’d recommend hiring the hotel bikes to get there if you’re feeling a bit tired after a day of sightseeing - they only cost 5 euros per day and it’s a lovely (if busy) safe cycle route into the town.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing. Each member of staff is so friendly and can’t do enough to help you. Alessandro is so friendly and knowledgeable about wine, we learned so much from him during our stay! The hotel is spotless and they went out of their way to provide countless personal touches throughout our stay (they even gave my 3 year old a pack of bubbles for his journey home). The breakfast is incredible with so much choice and the ladies who served us each morning are just the best. The meal that we had at the hotel restaurant was the best we had in Riva. My parents have stayed here for the past few years and I wish I’d of visited with them sooner. However we will be making up for lost time. Thank you for a making our stay so enjoyable!

From the moment you step into the hotel for the first time until check-out you can feel every moment and in any situation that this hotel is family-run. Thank you to the whole team for your great and hearty hospitality. Our breakfast experience was top notch - special thanks to Franka! Simply everything was on offer at the buffet. An additional daily menu for any style of eggs was provided. At the bar Alessandro is a very knowledgeable and charismatic person. The hotel is situated close to the footpath along Lake Garda which will lead you to the old towncenter as well as to the ferry boats. Rooms are pretty new and modern. Their size is more than average and the beds are very comfortable. When returning to Riva del Garda we would definately stay here again.

Riva Del Garda is fabulous—Villa Enrica Feel Good Hotel is, as well! Beautiful views from an immaculate suite with no nasty anti-everything smells. ;) Their street bikes only 5E/ day-perfect and simple bikes for a fun and safe way to get to the best of Riva. Excellent restaurant both for the included breakfast (you won’t find any better), and when you want a divine dinner, Ore25 is just downstairs and delicious. I don’t really want to share but…if ever in Riva, treat yourself. Same impeccable service throughout. Well done, Alessandro and team! I hope and pray to return. Grazie Mille
