We were in this hotel in August 2022 for 6 nights. Sorry, but never again!!! Why should I pay extra for a further bread at breakfast at an average price of about 150€ per night? Breakfast ”a la carte” is no longer contemporary today. We had a ”room of wine mountains”. Very old, used and we felt returned to the 1960s. The price for such a room is completely overpriced. Emergency renovation needed!!! The photos on the internet (of the ”rooms of the vines”) of the provider NOT correspond to reality as the rooms look in reality. Yes, mostly not, but here especially not. We feel misled.

We had a lovely week at this small but superb hotel. Set in a quiet area just back from the lake the hotel has 20 rooms and 20 parking spaces which is amazing for a hotel on Lake Garda. The staff were so friendly and helpful too. We chose the Full of Life room which came with a nice balcony and as we booked direct with the hotel we had free use of the minibar. As it was 30 degrees when we were there we were very pleased to have air conditioning in our room which we could adjust to suit ourselves. The included breakfast was amazing: eggs and bacon; a variety of bread and rolls; cold meats and cheeses; a range of fresh fruit, juices and cereals; pastries, croissants and jams; delicious cakes; teas, coffees and fizz. Were we impressed - you bet we were!

I booked our stay at the Parc Hotel Flora because they had everything we were looking for. We didn’t know then that the hotel would exceed our expectations. We felt like home from the start. Service was excellent throughout the staff and with the smiles. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was absolutely beautiful and bright. Clean and well organized every day. Lady making the omelets was so nice and even remembered how I liked mine, that blew my mind. Pool area is beautiful and because I love gardens, it didn’t hurt that the hotel had a great one! Absolute beauty. We rented e-bikes and hotel helped us with finding the rental place so we already knew where to go and collect the bikes when we arrived at the hotel. Hotel has a storage for the bikes and it has camera surveillance. Big plus. We had great fun and if we ever go back to Riva, we know the place we’re going to stay. Thank you for making our vacation so special. We miss our lovely mornings at the breakfast table and evenings at the ice-cream bar already.

Lido Palace are one of the best hotels we visited in Europe. Amazing property with beautiful garden. We had a seafront juniorsuite with balcony. The view are stunning. Room of good size and comfortable. It was our 4 visit here and finally the aircondition was much better. Swimmingpool inside and outside. Large gym also with comfortable aircondition now. Breakfast on top level. Superb staff all over the hotel. We did not eat dinner at the 2 hotel restaurants, but we enjoyed drinks pre dinner at the outside bar. Great view, great atmosphere and fantastic live piano player. Its a really stunning hotel so just go there and enjoy yourself. I hear they consider renovating the rooms as well in the next years. A few things that still can improve; cold water in the gym from bottles or dispenser, its not good enough now. Also put in more equipment in the gym. Its space for 1 more running machine and 3-4 weight devices more, its lacking that to be a top hotel gym. Portions on roomservice food was very small. Ordered the spaghetti and the chicken. Very tasty, but i would say child portions. We are looking forward to come back to Lido Palace and the beautiful city of Riva del Garda.

I highly recommend the Antico Borgo having stayed here for 1 week Aug/Sep 2024 ..The staff are absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for me .I booked this hotel fir it's location and because it has a lift ( I am disabled ) however the first room wasn't in the central part of the hotel and there were some stairs to climb which was not suitable for me with a walking aid ..this was my fault I didn't think to check with the tour operator or the hotel But the amazing staff and manageress moved me to a more suitable room .I was blown away by the understanding and kindness shown to us .Even at breakfast the mangeress could see I was having difficulty getting to my table and she offered to help me to my table which I gladly accepted. All the staff are warm and friendly always asking if needed any help.the hotel is lovely, with modern decor .the rooms are really clean with comfortable beds pillows air-conditioning safe and small fridge.there is also a beautiful solarium on the roof where you can sunbathe with an amazing view or lounge on the shaded area..it is in a perfect location for shops and restaurants. I absolutely loved my stay here....if you are ever in riva del garda check out this fantastic hotel...thanks again to all the amazing staff

I traveled for a month with 2 friends. We are all over 70. Hotel Potici was one of the nicest hotels of our trip. The location, on the main plaza of Riva del Garda was perfect. This hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms were very comfortable, and the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful! I had on issue with my room, and it was responded to very quickly. The included breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those whose budget is moderately priced.

GGuest UserEasy to get to by car but close to the pedestrianized centre. Fantastic staff. Comfortable and colourful room with plenty of sockets. Nice large shower - in room 1 it's next to the balcony door, so make sure you draw the curtains! Great position with lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just around the corner. Underground parking was a huge plus. Fairly good choice of food for sweet or savoury breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly made coffee available. Brunch was also a good weekend option with bagels, pancakes etc. Very little plastic packaging around and it was nice to find glass bottles of water in the room upon arrival.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very central in Riva and in the middle of a pedestrian zone that you can travel to load and discharge. The owners are very helpful, as well as all staff. The rooms are clean and completely furnished with safe, air conditioning (the excellently worked) and sufficient space. All has worked wonderfully and we have already called it our European Happy Place :-)

GGuest UserSpent 6 nights here with my 2 teenagers as part of our holiday for 2023 to riva del garda. Hotel was spotless, staff very friendly and beds very comfortable. We had a beautiful big room with a generous balcony and spectacular views by day and night. Brilliant location. 15 minute walk to riva Town or 5 minute walk to nearest main street full of restaurants. If I had to make any criticism I would say that the hotel was quite dead, no dinner served on the evenings and no entertainment compared to the savoy next door where the music could be heard from afar. Seemed to be a million times more life attached to it. The pool is also very small in the ambassador but if not many in the pool quite adequate Without question I would stay here again quite happily if there was a little more life about it Maybe something the hotel should look into. Breakfast by the way is amazing, so much food to eat, such variety. You won't be disappointed, very well run hotel.
