The hotel impresses with its rooftop sundeck, sauna, and yoga studio. Guests appreciate the modern facilities, quality breakfast, and convenient central location near the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

It’s a very typical facility that looks good but is useless, and the service positions are in name only. Of the 17 nights in the entire trip, it was the best-located and most modernly designed Italian hotel, but it was also the most disappointing. The parking fee at the hotel was 35 euros per night (the first time I heard that hotel guests also had to pay parking fees, and it was so high). Finally I parked on the side of the road for free. There is a man and a woman at the front desk, one in black and one in white. There is no real receptionist who can help guests except for a light greeting. This has also become the worst front desk service in the entire process. In short, I won’t go there again and don’t recommend staying there. At most, you can just go to the lobby designed like an internet celebrity to have a cup of coffee and take photos.

Modern hotel, excellent location, clean, very good breakfast. A few cautions.... 1) My room had a shower unit & bathroom completely in trasparent glass, hence zero privacy whilst having shower or using toilet. 2) Hotel offers reduced price road parking (strisce blu). Often difficult to park due to limited spots in vicinity of hotel. 3) No wardrobes. You hang your clothing very close to the bathroom sink thus subject to splashes

Spent 2 nights at the Giardino Verdi as part of a 10-day road trip around Lake Garda - and it was a brilliant base from which to explore Riva del Garda. The hotel has clearly been recently renovated, resulting in an ultra-modern, clean look and feel - very different to the more traditional hotels elsewhere around the lake. Sometimes in an effort for clean, slick lines, functionality has been forgotten, but a comfortable stay nonetheless. The hidden gem here is the rooftop terrace - superb. A tranquil spot with a jacuzzi, loungers, bean bags, yoga studio and sauna. Brilliant to unwind after a day of exploring. But, aside from the wonderful lady at breakfast (who spent 21 years in Lewisham), the staff need to have some level of customer service training as they have none - the receptionist in particular! The hotel is located within a restricted car zone, which you can normally access if staying in the area. We drove through it only for the receptionist to appear quite aggrieved that we had done (see picture saying we could), despite no prior warning, and that she would “try” and ensure we were not fined. On checking out, I asked if it had been resolved: “I’ve submitted the form; we’ll now have to see” I really expected a £200-a-night hotel (yes, parking is £30/night, bumping up the cost, and is a 10-min walk away!) to take its responsibility to its guests seriously, and that starts with ensuring we’re not incorrectly fined - just as other hotels on our trip did. Ultimate question: would we return? No - not at the cost, the attitude of most staff and availability of other quality accommodation in Riva.

Nice, clean and modern hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. I pleasant surprise for us was the roof-top sundeck with pool and beautiful view of the mountains. Great location.

I stayed in this property with colleagues for a company meeting. The hotel is brand new, tastefully furnished, rooms equipped with every comfort, quiet, in the central area of Riva del Garda. The level of services and support we received during the organization of the meeting from the property, from the reception staff and the service staff during the stay was excellent and punctual and we were very satisfied. It's a shame that the restaurant service is missing which in any case, given the centrality of the structure, can easily be overcome with the numerous restaurants present in the center of Riva del Garda or, as was the case for us, thanks to the fact that the hotel is associated with some restaurants in 50m away where we ate very well anyway. The level of cleanliness and order throughout the facility is excellent. It was an excellent stay....shame about work!!......but as my colleagues also said: we will return,......this time for pleasure!!

We spent 2 nights in this brand new hotel in the center of Riva for a Workshop. Super welcome from Georgia, her family and all her young staff. New concept that gave us the opportunity to carry out our workshop activities in a bright and hospitable room. I recommend booking the garage. Ideal for athletes and also for events such as workshops, team coaching and corporate meetings. Advised

[Environment] We stayed in this hotel for a few days in the Lake District. The decoration is very new and the facilities are modern and smart. I ate in the hotel in the morning. It was located in the lobby, which was spacious and bright, and the dining environment was very good. There are several styles of tables and chairs. Generally speaking, they are modern and have a sense of design. However, you need to pay attention to the fact that people traveling with you have tripped over them. It is recommended that the elderly and children sit on regular seats. [Dishes] The variety of breakfast here is quite rich, with many choices of bread and cheese, and less meat choices, which are arranged in an orderly manner. Among the breads, I prefer small dinner rolls and whole wheat. They taste very good and are very good as a staple food. As for cheese, there is one that is more delicious when put with tomatoes. The meats are basically only ham and salami. Optional, I eat a lot of ham, and the taste is pretty good. Unfortunately, there are no vegetable leaves such as arugula to go with it. Eggs, bread machines and drinks are all self-service. If you want to eat omelettes, you can tell the waiter. The heat control is quite good. Although the juice is not as good as freshly squeezed, the taste is okay. There are about 10 kinds of black tea to choose from. I drink more earl gray tea and the taste is more satisfactory. The quality of the coffee is average. I can drink the fragrance, but it is not particularly good. There are many choices of fruits, among which I prefer the honeydew melon here. There are also many pastries, but I don't eat much. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the breakfast here, but it's not surprising. [Thinking] This restaurant generally feels good. The breakfast is enough, but not surprising. Later I found out that the hotel we booked did not include meals. After asking about the price, I actually felt that paying for it would be a bit meaty. pain. [Personal rating] First echelon
