It’s a very typical facility that looks good but is useless, and the service positions are in name only. Of the 17 nights in the entire trip, it was the best-located and most modernly designed Italian hotel, but it was also the most disappointing. The parking fee at the hotel was 35 euros per night (the first time I heard that hotel guests also had to pay parking fees, and it was so high). Finally I parked on the side of the road for free. There is a man and a woman at the front desk, one in black and one in white. There is no real receptionist who can help guests except for a light greeting. This has also become the worst front desk service in the entire process. In short, I won’t go there again and don’t recommend staying there.
