This was a great place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Fridge and safe in the rooms. Facilities were immaculate. Had dinner here as well on the first night of arrival. It was so good. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station and the transport is brilliant into the centre of Hamburg. Would go back again. Staff were also super helpful and very friendly.

Das Frühstück war mangelhaft.Es gab angelaufene Wurst, halbrohes zum Teil verfärbtes Rührei und eine Sorte Brötchen. Der Hinweis hierauf wurde achselzuckend hingenommen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich.

Ankunft: Rezeption ist freundlich, Parken in der Tiefgarage erst sinnvoll, wenn man eine Karte hat. Sonst funktioniert der Fahrstuhl nicht. Zimmer: Definitiv sauber, klein und abgewohnt, der Balkon hat eine Breite von gefühlt 20 cm. Frühstück: Auswahl ok und frisch. Abreise: Wenn man nach dem Frühstück auschecken will, und dann sein Zimmer geöffnet und ohne Personal vorfindet, ist dies nicht in Ordnung. Ich bin froh, meine Wertsachen noch vollständig vorgefundenen zu haben.

Zunächst fällt auf das die kostenlose Tiefgarage extrem eng ist. Besonders nervige viel zu laute klassik Musik aus schlechten Lautsprechern bergrüssen den Gast In der Lobby angekommen wird man freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient über einen Aufzug gelangt man in sein Zimmer. Es ist sauber aber grenzwertig klein für ein Doppelzimmer. Das Bad ist zwar sauber aber versprüht den Charme der 1980 ebenfalls zu klein Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut und reichhaltig.. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht so ganz. Wegen der größe bzw der "Kleine" der Zimmer würde ich nicht noch einmal Buchen Hunde sind willkommen kosten aber 30 Eur je Aufenthalt extra -- wegen erhöhtem Reinigungsaufwand
