This was a great place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Fridge and safe in the rooms. Facilities were immaculate. Had dinner here as well on the first night of arrival. It was so good. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station and the transport is brilliant into the centre of Hamburg. Would go back again. Staff were also super helpful and very friendly.

I realise Hamburg is an expensive city, but I was slightly disappointed by the lack of facilities. At this price, I was somewhat surprised that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The variety of breakfast foods was impressive and tasty, but not sure it was good value for money at an extra €19. The hotel is certainly cosy and comfortable, but is a long way away from downtown Hamburg and you will need to take the 234 bus (just 100 metres away) down to Bergedorf, then a couple of S-Bahn trips to get you to Hamburg central. The staff were great and I slept very well (although I did need to ask for a second pillow). The draft Landgang beer served at the cosy bar is very tasty! Just think I was expecting a little bit more bang for my buck.

Located in a fabulous industrial area in Niemannsland, in front of the gates of Hamburg, you can expect not at first sight a beautiful, excellently equipped small hotel that offers room-by-room four-star standard and that makes a real The room, I had even a family room for myself for capacity reasons, is equipped with a new (although something originally designed) bathroom, offers a lot of space, even a small refrigerator, water cooker, free greeting water and a friendly service. All this at a really good course. The only, but real disadvantage: The hotel is not well accessible with public transport. Who wants to book it for a Hamburg visit should be on the road by car. With bus and train you are on the road over half an hour - per route. And also important: the hotel is not accessible, there is no lift..
We enjoyed it there. In the forefront we received the code for check-in (code for the house door and code for the small safe with the room key).
The kitchen is available with a large terrace.
Three rooms are shared with a large bathroom and a small with toilet and washing basin.
Parking is available free of charge.
A small indication that you have to bring towels yourself would have been nice.
We stayed there for the second time and everything was great again. Although the room is quite small, it has everything you need. Breakfast was very delicious. Great that we could check in after prior agreement 22Uhr. We're happy to come back.
The hotel deserves its 3 stars, nice staff, rooms cleaned every day, towels replaced on request. breakfast included in the price with delicious coffee from an espresso machine and a free parking lot, which is overcrowded on Saturdays and Sundays due to weddings. Good location, quiet neighborhood and close to the highway. I recommend it and best regards, Krystyna Matuszczyk
Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Close to shops and restaurants in a nice part of Hamburg. Easy to get into the center by S-bane close by. Very good breakfast. All together good value for the money.
The entrance hall lets expect great. International flair. Nutting followed on the room. Rutically furnished. At 30 degrees I was looking forward to air conditioning. Display failure. So I had to sleep at night at open windows and the permanent lighting through the street lamps. It was quite helpful to switch off the smooth noise of the now clearly hearable nearby motorway. If I wanted to hide a body, I would do it in room 408 of the Panorama Hotel under the bed. The dirt under it and the existing screw cap of a bottle let me remind that there has long been no more people with a cleaning device. After all, the hungry traveller here and there in the furniture boxes find chips or cakes residues of better equipped travellers who lived before him these rooms. The overview breakfast buffet next morning received me with some empty containers (amber marmelade, multi-vitamin juice). The request for compliance was heard, but there was no will to meet that time, force or material. After all, the coffee made available on the place in a thermoscane provided a lot of “perspective” and hardly prevented the view to the ground of my cup. One last tip: Check out, please don't answer the lady on the switch! She has important things to do and can only hardly and with little joy dedicate to the sneaky wishes of the departure guests.
