This place should close down. The so-called double room would have been too small for a single bed and other furniture. One of the bedside tables was actually a fridge (which was empty of course). Breakfast simply awful (no fresh fruit). Personnel uncooperative when we asked for an extra half-hour in the morning -- in spite of the fact that the place apparently had very few customers. As for helping with luggage, forget it. For very slightly more you can stay in the excellent Hotel Albanuova.

Siamo stati in questo hotel una sola notte. La posizione è veramente centrale: a due passi la famosa gelateria cesare, il museo archeologico nazionale, il corso principale e il lungomare. La stanza era pulita e la vista sul mare molto bella. Avevo letto pessime recensioni ma devo dire non meritate. Certo, si vede che le stanze sono antiquate, la moquette non è il massimo dell'igiene e la vasca aveva solo un doccino (il che rende molto scomodo fare la doccia) ma era pulita e questo conta. La colazione, essenziale, conviene farla presto. Un plauso ai ragazzi della reception: tutti cortesi e disponibili, in particolare Ahlam che è stata molto carina e ci ha indicato degli ottimi posti in cui mangiare sia a pranzo che a cena nonchè ottime gelaterie!

Ottima struttura recentemente rinnovata. Posizione centralissima utile per visitare la città a piedi. Ristorante di buona qualità. Ottima direzione e personale molto disponibile e qualificato. Consiglio vivamente. Unico neo essendo in pieno centro qualche limitata difficoltà di parcheggio.

Soggiorno spaventoso! Fogna rotta da cui sono fioriuscite feci, per di più dopo aver chiamato la reception, l’aiuto è stato solo pulire e non riparare. Cibo non edibile. Più di 10 persone hanno rimesso per giorni. Ragazze chiuse per 40 minuti in ascensore…Vergognoso!!

Il peggiore hotel nel quale sia mai stato. Camera con moquette non proprio profumata. Colazione assurda: alle 8 del mattino il pane era finito; burro e limone non disponibili perché chiusi in cucina che apriva alle 12. Tavoli senza posate. Alla richiesta, il cameriere ha risposto: a che le servono le posate? Inoltre non c’è niente di salato: solo brioches e fette di crostata. Al bar e alla reception il personale e’ gentile ma ciò non cambia la valutazione. Sicuramente non tornerò in questo hotel.

Una struttura a dir poco fatiscente con un livello di igiene e di manutenzione di un imbarazzo assoluto. Tra l'altro si trova proprio di fianco al Museo Archeologico in zona centralissima e rappresenta un punto di degrado dell'intera città.

Sono stata con i miei fratelli in questo albergo molto centrale durante la festa della Madonna. L'accoglienza sia da parte dei proprietari che del personale è stata impeccabile. Le camere molto pulite e spaziose, letti molto comodi ed ottima colazione. Ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno
