Torrione Hotel

Reggio Calabria|0.21km from city centre

Rhegion B&B
4.1/510 Reviews
My boy and I stayed in this b&b for 14 nights. We were welcomed by Mr. Pasquale, who was friendly and available for all our stay. At the beginning there was written on the site that the parking was included and free but it was actually in the neighborhood or at payment or if you were well, you found it free after 18:00. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The bathroom was small but pleasant, the breakfast was very pleasant, it was made in a common kitchen where there was a different choice. One thing we didn't know was that in Reggio the water after 20/21 is removed until about 5 a.m. We would have liked to have heard it before and also from the parking. So, as we went in August, we had to reduce ourselves to return from the sea within a certain time to avoid being waterless and not to enjoy the services of the art. The bathroom had no common wastewater plant but a ship-like plant and therefore we could not throw more than a paper tool into the toilet because there was a risk that this would be stuck by bringing dirt water out of the toilet. You had to be careful as soon as you came out of this, because the floor was in parquet with the risk of it being destroyed, and there was neither a window nor a dust-aspirator. There was no balcony in the room, we would have preferred it had been there. The cleaning was not the best and the towels were not changed every day (we had the same towels for a week). The price quality ratio is very good, all in all we'll return.

Great hotel located in a strategic location at the beginning of the longshore and near the city centre and the museum (where you can see the famous Bronze of Riace). Breakfast is absolutely to be improved for quality and quantity of products and for too tight hours (up to 9.30 from Monday to Saturday and Sunday to 10). ****new of the reception was a great suggestion for things to do in the city and surroundings.
Villa Lavinia
4.8/59 Reviews
I had very high expectations, given the many positive reviews and having already noticed the care of the website that already allowed abundant transparency of the passion with which Chiara does her business ...e welcomes her guests. And our stay at Villa Lavinia has just confirmed the expectations. A very beautiful, well-reconstructed, clean and clean villa. A warm, truly and metaphorically. Our room (four-fold) was very spacious and functional, perfectly refined and furnished, with very comfortable beds. Unfair cleaning. Nothing is left to the case at Villa Lavinia. The merit? The nice and handsome person of which Villa Lavinia is the mirror, of which I am sure that Chiara and her Villa Lavinia will continue to surprise other guests pleasantly, as well as in fact with us.

Tha amazying place with a woderful owner, Piero, who is very helpful almost all the time when you need the advice where to eat or where to go. Great hospitality. The B&B is very clean and warm. Rooms are nice and bright. The breakfast is not too large but for me absolutely sufficient. With no doubts I recommend it for a stay in Reggio Calabria. I love that place!

I stayed here for a night with my wife while visiting Reggio on holiday. The hotel is not beautiful but it is clean, the room was spacious and comfortable and everything worked well in the bathroom. It was good value for money and met or exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was served in our room because of Covid, and it was perfectly adequate, though not memorable (in fact I don’t remember much about it!). The man at the reception I do remember, because he was particularly friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit and eat in Reggio. The hotel is very near the railway station and is a very pleasant walk along the sea front to the archeological museum
