Quite a good stay and very easy to book - price was good on trip.com

Couldn’t get hot water unless turned shower on full blast and full heat then ran it through the bath tap first. Shower was luke warm. Awoken by people outside in middle of night but nothing can be done about that.

You know what you’re getting with Premier Inn pretty much everywhere you stay. This one was well located and the staff were fantastic. Sometimes hotel staff can be a bit surly and miserable - understandable when you consider some of the customers they have to put up with. The staff at this hotel were cheerful, helpful and friendly - a real asset.

From arrival to leaving, the welcome from the lady’s was amazing! What a credit to your company, Dominica , sarka and inshq , 10 star! Thank you all, looking forward to my next stay, and the mix grill was amazing x……………………. Waka waka hey hey :-)

What a great and friendly hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendly night staff. Our team in the evening was Sarka, Insha and Dominika. These three ladies are the dream team. Every night we were asked how our day was and our drinks order and activities were remembered. We will definitely be back!

This PI is well located close to the town centre and is just a 15 minute walk from the train station. Had not pre-booked but got a room without any trouble.. Excellent staff who did attend to two issues that arose. Plenty of towels, good housekeeping, nice toiletries, attentive staff. Extended our stay and took advantage of the £ 35 deal for nine nights. Would suggest it is time to cease the housekeeping on request and return to it being a default option. some hotels have a laundry room and that might be a good addition!

Great location and overall nice hotel, but can't turn thermostat down below 19 degrees, no air con & windows wont open - so can make for a stuffy, uncomfortable night! Bed was lovely though and so were the staff

The car park was small and full but they did allow us to park in a disabled bay. ( my wife has limited mobility but not bad enough for PIP or a blue badge) The room was small for three persons. There were only two towells. There was no yea/coffee in the room demanding a grip to reception at 0600. Why were we not told during our in person check in. The spare pillows were lumpy hard. We needed a place to stay so we could get to an early hospital appoin**ent. This place was ok for that.
