Great apartments in Reading
Had a 5 night stay in these apartments for a work trip. A few colleagues have stayed here before and recommended them. On arrival the staff were really helpful and that continued through the week. The apartment itself was clean and was a decent size. The bed was really comfortable, I was very impressed with that.
My only gripe is that the blinds in the bedroom were completely hopeless. I was woken every morning around 6am because the bedroom was so light. If they put decent curtains up, it would be a 5 star review.

Although our room first appeared clean we soon discovered the level of cleanliness was only superficial. The public areas like hallway's, lifts and entry areas definitely indicated they were not regularly cleaned. The deck on Level 3 had an overflowing rubbish bin as was every ashtray. On a plus the room was quiet, had opening windows and the air conditioning and washer dryer worked well.

Our plane was cancelled and we informed ******* that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good.
The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall.
I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during day time, and more towel racks can be provided in the toilets for hanging hand towels and face towels. Furthermore, more space should be provided to place soap and shampoo in the shower/bathing compartment.

We have been living here for close to 3 weeks and a few more to go. An excellent accommodation, more like a home away from home with all the amenities. Centrally Located, close to high street, with an array of restaurants which covers almost all cuisines of the world. Well sized rooms with ensuite bathrooms and wardrobes. Friendly staff at the reception, well managed and secure parking and groceries and daily essentials right across the street.

The apartment hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Reading and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants
