Premier Inn Reading South (Grazeley Green) hotel

Very clean and lovely place to stay. Easy to reach location.

One of the best Premier Inns I have stayed in. The rooms are clean, nice sized rooms, good in-room facilities too. Ricky the manager is very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. He’s a gem! Plenty of tea and coffee if you need more!. Couldn’t fault my stay at all. Have stayed here several times for work and have always been impressed.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service from Mabel! The room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel.

Visited for one night when staying to see local family. Initial impressions were great. In the middle of no where (so quiet) and lots of car parking spaces. The receptionist was very friendly and we also had an easy check in. Once in the room, it was obviously dated. There was mold in the bathroom and the entire place smelt a bit ‘damp’. The shower head was old and had a poor spray too. Once we got into bed, we felt the mattress was really uncomfortable (which was odd as we usually like premier inn beds). The pillows were incredibly thin also. We managed to sleep until about 3am when we were woken by a child next door coughing and coughing. We totally understand that this isn’t premier inn’s fault however we had a partition door between us and the room next door and this meant we heard everything really loudly from their room. We also noticed in the morning that they did not do a full buffet premier inn breakfast for those who expect to have one. Parking is free. Overall, we probably would choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

Had a lovely stay here. The staff were brilliant and friendly. The check in was quick and simple. The room was very clean and made up ready for the kids. I would definitely stay here again I had a very good experience here and am pleasantly surprised. It’s out of the way so no traffic or loud noises which was great for the kids sleep and have nothing to fault them on.

Arrived around 9pm to find no member of staff at reception, had to wait over 15 mins for the staff member arrive to check us in. Went to the room to find a bed hadn’t been made for our child, the staff member came and make the bed. Then noticed we’d only been given the 1 towel, back to reception and got 2 more towels. Went for breakfast the next morning to find our booking wasn’t there had to go back to reception to get a copy of the receipt. Overall a poor experience
