It was not good before I go this hotel that time I like that’s why I select again but this time I was not good. No phone on room no dustbin no shampoo just one cup and we are two person so that time I am not happy with my trip

Absolute disgraceful excuse for a safe place to stay. Absolutely filthy. No hot water and I rang reception. She made me come reception to change rooms just a few doors down. Still not hot water. So tired and didn’t want to go back out again! I went to sleep in the hope they’re tight and then it off at night, nope still not working the next morning. Called reception phone didn’t work had to use my mobile. Lovely lady on reception actually helped and was so embarrassed for the way I was treated just left with no facilities. The last room was fine had a shower and was cleaner. No real management at this place. Dirty, unsafe awful place to stay. The only good thing was the lovely receptionist who was 19 and left on her own as the managers are always somewhere else. This place needs reporting to health and safety

Dirty, dated and run down. I had to change rooms on more than one occasion. The shower leaked, the room was dirty. On a positive the staff were nice and they looked embarrassed by the state of several rooms that I pointed out were unacceptable to them. Avoid this place, serious change is needed.

Beautiful place, nice location, quite, clean rooms and comfortable bed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. In general we had a relaxing stay and I would definitely recommend it to my friends for a guaranteed nice stay🙂🙃🙂🙃

I had a good time here, nothing too fancy but it is perfect for a short stay. Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. It wasn't sparkly clean, but was hygienic enough for the short period of time. Bed was comfy, and the food was alright.

Rooms very basic and in need of a refurb. No bedside lights or means to contact reception. Very small shower room . Room was serviced but dirty cups and glasses left . Breakfast was serve yourself but the food was ok . Real shame as this hotel used to be really nice.
