I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of my recent stay. Despite the hotel’s prestigious reputation, I encountered several issues that significantly affected my comfort and ability to rest after a busy day of work.
During my stay, I observed and experienced the following:
The shower tray and outlet were not fixed properly, causing inconvenience and potential safety concerns.
The bathroom and room had not been properly cleaned; there were hairs present, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.
The carpet appeared unclean, with visible staining/unsanitary appearance.
Maintenance work began early in the morning, resulting in loud banging on the walls and a disturbed sleep.
As a guest, I expect a clean, well-maintained room and a peaceful environment to unwind after a demanding day. This experience fell well short of that expectation and of the standard I associate with your brand.

It was not good before I go this hotel that time I like that’s why I select again but this time I was not good. No phone on room no dustbin no shampoo just one cup and we are two person so that time I am not happy with my trip

酒店裝修、傢俬比較過時，浴室應該是進行翻新較為好一點。酒店整體外觀及房間都算整齊乾淨；附近環境寧靜。駕車前往巿中心大概12-15分鐘，適合自駕遊人士入住。房價包括泊車，省卻另外付費泊車。

The first time we arrived our neighbours were playing loud music, we asked to move and we got told by the staff they'd give them a sound warning, which they did and fortunately they turned the music down. Our room wasn't the cleanest, there was hairs in the shower and bed and where our towels were in the wardrobe were very dusty. My partner had a bath and the water flooded out of the bottom of the bath. Whilst we was out, someone had come into our room and changed our bed and towels, even though we hadn't put a sign on our door to say we had needed it and we had only been there for one night. The duvet cover was dirty, and had a poo stain on it (i do have a photo if needed) we asked for another one and the receptionist said he was new and didn't know where anything was and would have to wait until another member of staff came in..
