I visited Therme for Team building whith my company. It is the best SPA-Mountain-Wellness-Gourmet place to recommend in Bulgaria. Hot water springs, massages, hiking, horse riding, weddings and all possible type of events you can imagine. Just go.

One of the best hotels in Bulgaria. As a regular visitor to SPA hotels, I can say that this is everything a person who is attached to SPA experiences needs. Let's start with the SPA procedures and massages. The massage rooms, equipment, staff, quality relaxation areas are everywhere, you feel like you're in the paradise of a spa atmosphere that you've only dreamed of. Swimming pools of all types, saunas, steam baths, salt rooms and this is just the beginning. The hotel itself is new and the feeling of quality is unique. You can ride an ATV, ride a horse and many more entertainment and activities. There are also guest houses, which makes your vacation unforgettable. We will definitely come back!

This is my first time at Grand Hotel Therme, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The hotel is amazing, with a luxurious interior that truly impresses. The staff are fantastic — polite, always smiling, and ready to help. I’ve been to several SPAs before, but this one felt like heaven. Truly the best SPA experience I’ve had in Bulgaria! The food deserves a special mention — everything I tried was delicious, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was a pleasure. And the cocktails? Simply incredible! The bartenders really know what they’re doing — creative, well-balanced drinks that are perfect for unwinding after a day at the SPA. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for true relaxation, great service, and a bit of luxury!

I visited Grand Hotel Therme on a holiday with my girlfriends and we were beyond impressed. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and cozy – perfect for a relaxing stay. The massages were absolutely amazing – a true pleasure for the body and mind. Everyone should try them at least once! The fitness center also deserves a mention – it's large, well-equipped, and has a motivating atmosphere. The entire hotel radiates luxury and tranquility – from the thermal spa to every corner of the interior. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, taking care of every little detail. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and indulge – this is the perfect choice. Grand Hotel Therme exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend – we will definitely come back again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The food was a real highlight — every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. From breakfast to dinner, there was a great variety of dishes that catered to all tastes.

Unique place, unique experience. I like the excellent combination of SPA, Fitness, Mountain, Large spaces where every detail has been thought out - there is a space and air for all guests without anyone being disturbed. The best choice ever!

I recommend this hotel for sure. The spa zone is incredible. There is a variety of pools and spa facilities. Also the hygiene was excellent, the staff was polite and the room was as clean as it could be.
