Property is lush green with awesome landscaping located beside the lake. Executive rooms are very spacious. Staff were very courteous & polite. Food is average, non veg food is lacking taste. Breakfast options are limited & not at par with 5 star standards. Too many outside bulk booking present in teapot area. Group booking of males some company drunken people were disturbing the dining guest & violating 5 star ambience. These people were crowding the buffet area & started eating while standing near by serving area as if like crowd does in shaadi halls, people should take there respective seats at assigned tables while dining. Lastly infrastructure is amazing. Amenities good.

No doubt food was delicious. Room was clean. 1 isssue we face was, i got room in 1st floor, after 11 pm there is lots of noise occurred from another room, there is a group of male and female persons in hotel, they drink and shouting and also playing loud music. I faced same issue till 2:30 pm. I called at reception, they assured me to solve the issue but no solution given. Please do something for this. Dont allow drinking and shouting at lobby premises.

Experience was ok-ok… room: 5/10 (the carpet wasn’t cleaned and if you rubbed your feet on it, he’ll lot of hair would bundle up. Roaches roamed around the room and bathroom. Food: 9/10 very good food. Bathroom: 3/10 the shower had only two streams of water jetting through the entire shower head. Wash basin would clog up. Staff: 8/10 the room service and housekeeping staff were very attentive. On the checkout day, I called up almost 7-8 times but no one would attend.
