While my biz trip to Raipur, I stayed in this hotel. Being in prime location, commuting was not an issue, near to airport makes it stand out. Hotel ambiance is impressive, room were big and having all required amenities, service was good and food was also quite a palatable.

It's a terrible experience.Comprimising on health and hygiene. The linen was used and Dirty. The bathroom was extremely dirty. Room floor was full of dust and stains. Do not go on the misleading reviews. Its a complete Hoax. They dont even bother to keep drinking water in the room. Its best to avoid this hotel, with better options available nearby.

I was in Raipur for a business purpose and that is when I stumbled upon this place. The whole process from pre-booking to checkout was extremely smooth. •The hotel was very courteous while handling the queries and they were extremely polite. The hotel is close to the railway station so that gives it a geographical advantage while commuting in and around the city. Adding to the well established infrastructure, it is also equipped with a gym and other facilities. The food served here is extremely delicious and you'll be left wanting for some more • Overall if you're in Raipur, I can vouch for this place that you'll have a pleasant stay. Without doubt one of the favorite hotel i stayed during my time in raipur! The staff was extrimly friendly. The restorant is very flexible! And the front desk lady called shukla deserves a spacial thanks. the atmosphere is so spacial that it really felt like home to me. A great sample of excellent hospitality!
