We stay here from 4-5 years, we feel that no one in raipur that give best hotel services in all aspects, like very clean room, beds, toilet & well behavior staff, very polite attitudes of staff, House keeping ***ager kumarish is also very best staff of the hotel. The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotel i stayed during my time in raipur! The staff was extrimly friendly. The restorant is very flexible! And the front desk lady called shukla deserves a spacial thanks. the atmosphere is so spacial that it really felt like home to me. A great sample of excellent hospitality!

Breakfast is good, there is a swimming pool gym, and the staff is very helpful to help with luggage.
