"I stayed for one night at this hotel and feeling like heaven the amenities were excellent and properly managed. Housekeeping is also very good and the room was very big as compared to photos in MMT. Dinner and breakfast is also delicious and very satisfying"

"Stayed in this property for 1 night for official purpose. If you are reaching raipur by train and want to stay close to railway station then this is the hotel you should choose. 2 mins walking from station. Decent hotel with clean rooms & washroom. Staffs are well behaved and swift to respond on your calls. Buffet breakfast was good with limited choice foods. Food taste was good. Overall a comfortable stay."

"Stayed in Le Roi in 2015!!Came back again in 2024!!All is good here.the property is well kept the staff is generous, courteous and helping. Cleanliness is good. The new restaurant serves delightful platters. Carrying back happy memories.......Le Roi .. the king keep roaring"

"I've booked 2 rooms , both r king sized while I did the booking but after check in I found there is 1 room in twin bed , I asked to the property manager why this stuffs than he told only we have this much for u ... disgusting "

PPratyaksh SomaniThe hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things.
The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff.
Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls.
Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

The staff was very helpful with everything the food, the sight seeing,boat house were amazing specially the morning breakfast with huge number of multi cuisine.and special thanks to miss jaya who helped us with everything that makes our day even more special 💖

GGuest UserI must say that this property meets and fulfill all your expectations. Location is great and convenient. Specially the cuisine served by the chef is too yummy and gives a complete satisfaction to your appetite. I found the best amenities at one place with a reasonable price which is a perfect combination to stay for leisure, family or business tour. Last but not the least is the service provided to me was awesome. Starting from the top management till the house keeping staff are too cool and carries smile on their face. Staff is well groomed and serves to best of their abilities. Overall i would say the best stay i have ever had in my 15 years of travel-ling across india. My good wishes and thanks for providing me a great stay in raipur.

Food : Good breakfast spread was present with supportive staff.
Facilities Room :
1. Not good quality , the carpet is dark and looks very dirty .
2. The room donot have any furniture except bed and table , chair and almirah .The Furnitures are not well cleaned as you expect .
3. The hotel donot feel clean and hygienic to stay .
4. The bathroom donor have curtains or door to separate bathing and toilet area .
5. They give only 2 bottle water free of cost for drinking .
Lobby :
1. Very pungent type smell is present feels like sweat and dirty .
Overall u would give just 3 star , you can prefer only if you donot get a better price hotel .

hotel is following rules even I don't have any complain about that. But they can arrange early it is not a business we are doing on earth but some duties we should Play for humanity also. It's ok overall Nice hotel

GGuest UserThe stay has always been fantastic with the Shamrock as I am a frequent traveller and usually prefer Shamrock greens for the stay. The ambience is quite good , the environment is friendly , the staff are friendly and most importantly, the front office manager Mr Ansari is now a friend after frequent visits. I would say the hospitality overall in the Shamrock is just awesome.
