"The stay has always been fantastic with the Shamrock as I am a frequent traveller and usually prefer Shamrock greens for the stay. The ambience is quite good , the environment is friendly , the staff are friendly and most importantly, the front office manager Mr Ansari is now a friend after frequent visits. I would say the hospitality overall in the Shamrock is just awesome. "

PPratyaksh SomaniThe hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things.
The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff.
Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls.
Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

GGuest UserThe hotel is near the railway station. The staff are polite. Food prices are on the very high side. I had booked my room with a complimentary breakfast option but there was no buffet and limited options were given. The quality of the food served was not up to the mark.
