Bordoy Alcudia Port Suites

Very nice hotel. Pool was heated and very nice. My only con is that the staff around the pool bar weren't always the friendliest. I booked through ******* and the hotel wasn't willing to allow ******* to reduce my number of nights from 8 to 4, and had to rebook with the hotel directly which I thought was odd as I had picked the flexible option to allow for changes. I had a lot of difficulties rebooking my room as they were full up, but I was reducing nights not adding, so not sure why it turned into such a problem. I got the feeling they didn't like dealing with ******* bookings, but if that is the case then they shouldn't be on their platform. Other than that the location was very centrally located, just steps away from the Promenade, Yacht Club, Shopping, and Restaurants. Parking is nearby as well but you will be charged $15 Euro a night to park. The hotel itself was very quiet at night with great soundproofing in the room. Bed was comfortable. The only odd thing about the room is that the shower is in the hallway and steps right into the room, so if you are sharing with someone other than a spouse there is not a lot of privacy when bathing. I did not feel that this Hotel was a five star however. Ordered Nachos from the Pool Bar and they came with the fake cheese (cheez whiz type) that they serve in the movie theatre nachos, instead of real cheese.

Firstly I read the reviews before going to this hotel and was anxious as we like four star quality hotels adult only been a plus , i must agree generally with the overall comments of complaint . Rooms were good size balcony not the most private but fine . Bed very comfy yes not a huge storage space but adequate . The shower was ok grill moved water onto the floor and a drain smell at times . I complained about the emergency door at my level not closing properly nothing was done and the door on windy nights blew open and closed .. a fire hazard and no action taken . Food we thought good but were focused eaters so planned what we ate but loads of choice themed nights and hard working staff . We were all inclusive and again i agree with the complaints poor drink quality house wine poor cocktails dreadful green/yellow /red premixed with god knows what .. only one beer available limited choice of drinks in plastic cups and only one bar .. a pool bar make shift . Entertainment also very poor outside only no indoor area so if you like comfort you will be sitting in the lobby if you get a seat . they also have a restaurant which we availed of as part of our package nothing special meat was nice but not the reheated vegetables .. why bother ? Plus side location is good gym sauna steam room etc are available .... I would like to be more positive in reviewing but i must be honest to the people reading this .......

A clean hotel in a great location. Half-board dinner and breakfast with plenty of choice for food. I'm very pleased that they had lactofree milk and cheese. Live food stations at both breakfast and dinner. Drinks were reasonably priced. There are 3 pools with plenty of sun loungers at each. People were not putting towels down to reserve a lounger. Evening entertainment was decent, we were out during the day so did not experience the day time pool activities. The beach is a 2-5min walk away. There are supermarkets a few doors down and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our only disappointment was that the room was not cleaned on the first day, and when it was cleaned the bedsheet smelled damp. The hotel have a good scheme, if you sign up to not having your room cleaned everyday, they credit you 15 euros for each day. This money was deducted from our final bill and essentially paid for our drinks. It would be great if they could put a kettle and Two mugs in the rooms. We bought our own from here to take after reading on other reviews. We would definitely return to this hotel.
Forum Boutique Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

We really enjoyed our stay at the Forum Boutique Hotel & Spa in Alcudia. The hotel is small and cosy, exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast was exceptionally tasty and left nothing to be desired. A big compliment goes to the three hotel managers Diego, Damia and Rianne, who looked after everything wonderfully. They were always available and incredibly helpful (e.g. for restaurant recommendations in the neighbourhood or hiking routes). The entire staff was the nicest we have ever met. We even got a bottle of cava on the house as a welcome gift for our honeymoon. We were able to upgrade our room at short notice and were thrilled. The room was super clean, modern and stylishly furnished. Our highlight was definitely the jacuzzi on the fantastic terrace. Overall, our stay was simply perfect and we can highly recommend this hotel. Many thanks to the team at the Forum Boutique Hotel & Spa for an unforgettable honeymoon!

We've just got back from a lovely stay here. We had a family suite and Maris plus room. Our suite was a great size and had an outdoor seating area looking at the pond which was nice. The pool restaurant at lunch was really nice, lots of choice and great service. Definitely the food highlight of the holiday. The breakfast/dinner buffet was fine. I mostly had salads etc after having a big lunch. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, it's so easy to get to Pollensa and Alcudia. The beach outside the hotel is really handy. Just walk to the windsurfing school and cross over the road. It's a small beach and very shallow bay, great for kids and fine for swimming. Wasn't the warmest in October! I used the gym, great facilities. You can hire bikes and as mentioned there is a windsurfing school, I'd try that if we went again. The layout and environment really reminded me of center parcs! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The site was clean. The paths need redoing because the stones are loose and splashed water on us when we were walking around. My son loved the mini disco. Entertainment was pretty average but we were right at the end of the season and I'm not bothered for it anyway. I prepared for mosquitos due to the nature reserve and time of year. I took a plug in, a gel repellent and jungle spray. We got a few bites but nothing terrible. The views all around the hotel are stunning. It's in a beautiful location. We would definitely consider going back but when I've priced it up for summer 25 it's incredibly expensive.

Great hotel in a lovely location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tapas and wine event was especially nice. Our only suggested improvement would be to have the bar open. Overall all I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.
