GGuest UserWhile there is so much to commend about this hotel (the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the beautiful pool and spa) overall I was a little disappointed. The experience fell quite far short of a 5* experience and the hotel was not value for money. There were no toiletries in the room (toothbrush, razor etc) and the water was not replaced after the first day. Outside the hotel, the streets are full of rubbish and it can be a challenge to find a parking spot.

GGuest UserVery nice staff at the reception- try to speak all languages(also German - chapeau!). Super clean, it smells good everywhere, breakfast is great- for everyone something with it and also varied. The pool is also ridiculous, the only thing that was somewhat disturbed were the evening live shows, which are not always the taste of everyone. The rooms are modern and clean. (The kittens are unfortunately a disaster) Otherwise the location on the street is okay, we haven't heard anything - it was quiet. You're backpacked on the beach and reach restaurants, supermarket and co immediately. We'd come back.

GGuest UserA good hotel in Alcudia, comfortable step-by-step access to the beach, while in a quiet place, the carriageway is not heard at all. Very generous and diverse breakfasts. But the rooms are not very large, the neighbors are heard. In general everything is very decent. When the settlement is served with champagne, beach towels can be rented on bail of 10€ per person

LLieridongyangThe hotel is located in the middle of the old city, non-chartered vehicles are not allowed to enter, but close to the city gate, vehicles can be parked in the parking lot outside the city gate. The hotel has many buildings and the front desk is not very conspicuous. The room was really amazing, simple stones, and a romantic atmosphere was exposed in the rough. The most commendable is the hotel we cooperated with, their paella is the most fragrant we have eaten in Spain, their sangria is also very authentic, you must not miss it.

The room was perfect for us.
The shower was good but it took a long time to get out of hot water, but for the price we were very frozen, without having to return to Palma by night.
Highly recommended!
We didn't try breakfast because we went to a local cafeteria.

OOksanaWe spent 2 days in this hotel. I really liked the location, city center, right on the embankment. We had a room with a sea view. The beach is nearby, a gorgeous view from the window, we will attach photos. Nice staff, responsive, arrived very late at night. I don’t know whether our message about this reached them or not, but we were met and accommodated. It was already almost 2 am. The only thing I didn’t like and I can’t help but say this. Very, very small shower stall. And also, we asked for a double bed but our request was not fulfilled. Will I come back here? Of course yes!
