Apartamentos Siesta I

Just returned from our holiday in Port Alcudia staying at Siesta Apartments. We booked a superior double apartment with a pool view (number 138). The complex is at the top end of the ***** and there are bars, supermarkets and the usual tourist shops close by. The beach at the bottom end of the ***** is around a 20 minute walk. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk with a service to the Old Town and Puerto Pollenca. Our apartment was modern and spacious with two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, shower room and modern kitchen with built in appliances, full size fridge and freezer, IKEA crockery. We had a pool view and large balcony with table and chairs for eating outside. The apartment was well equipped with flat screen television (only one English Channel BBC news) but we didn’t come away to watch TV), free safe and air conditioning. We stayed during October half term in the last week of the season and the complex wasn’t as full as it could have been. There were always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool. The grounds and pool area were well maintained. We ate a couple of times at the on site bar the Red Lion and the food was good and reasonably priced. There is also a small Spar shop selling basic supplies and holiday essentials. Would definitely recommend.

We travelled as a family of 23. After staying here several times from 2013. Unfortunately so much has changed and not for the better. The morrocco bar is no longer existent and the kids play park outside the bar has also been removed there is a new park in the fedra blocks but this is a bit of a walk from the main reception. The only place for nighttime entertainment is now the show Garden and with not a great deal for kids to do at night this left them wanting money all night for the fair. Removing the bar was a really bad idea. The food is not bad you will always find something to eat although will be warm only as its buffet meals. All the staff are fantastic tho couldn't fault the staff or the entertainment team. Pool bar barman jose is just a great guy does his job so well he really makes this place enjoyable. And also Deborah at the show garden bar. I love alcudia and love bellevue Unfortunately because of the changes made here I don't think I would return.

Hotel chiquitito, just what we were looking for, very pleasant, quiet, clean, with jacuzzi in the room. With a medium-pension option (totally recommended), and with excellent treatment. Thank you very much from heart to Justi and Sonia. We will repeat.

Basically you get what you pay for. We were away for 5 nights would probably stay here again for the price but only for a short break, no more than a few nights, would consider paying a bit more for better quality. On arrival the reception was lovely and bright and clean and friendly staff. We checked in early at 12pm and told to come back at 2pm for room key. Unfortunately when we came back it was another 30mins wait. In arrival to the room there was a bad smell but this did disappear. The rooms are very old and dated. The doors don't have handles so bang day and night with comings and goings. The balcony is very old and water on the floor from the leaking air con unit also drips from the leaking air-conditioning unit from the room above. The air con unit also pumps out hot air to the balcony. Noise was an issue at night as the walls are paper thin and it's popular with young adults up til early hours, a bang on the wall shut them up most nights around 2am. The bathroom was ok hairdryer was rubbish more like a hand dryer. Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Our sheets had stains not from us that were never replaced, always sand on the floor. We were given 2 loo rolls at the start and these were never replenished so had to ask for more by the last day, basic things really for hotel room cleaning. The location of the hotel was perfect, large free car park opposite, close to all restaurants and beach. We walked to the old town one night which was about 20mins. Supermarket next door but we found this more expensive than most others in alcudia. Breakfast was good plenty of choice, can get busy. Didn't eat dinner here. Pool was clean and plenty big enough. A bit lacking on sunbeds. You can reserve with towels if you intend to arrive by the pool when it opens at ten if not the life guard removes towels (interestingly, not of Spanish guests). No sun round pool until 11 am. Bar was very quiet in the evenings, but they do a good white rioja house wine for under 8 euros a bottle. No late checkouts but they do have a shower room for guests to use and a luggage storage room with lockers you pay for. So as you can see nothing major wrong and as we spent all our days at the beach didn't spend much time here so it was ok. Would probably try EIX next time which is next door.

Great refurbishment Everything was new better than advertised Sadly we did not get the service from the local office We had problems with the gate that resulted in it giving myself a facial injury We had reported as soon as we arrived and they were aware

Ok leilighet som nok burde vært tatt en liten oppussings sjau, leiligheten begynner å bli litt slitt og det var f.eks ikke nok like glass til 4 pers. (vinglass). Noe spartansk møblering på terrassen.
