Room has no air-conditioning and can get a little warm upstairs in summer. Coin laundry available. Short walk to city centre. Rooms a little bit dated.

Fantastic self contained accommodation, the space was large with a sofa, dining room table and fully fitted kitchen. The apartment also included washing machine and tumble dryer which was welcomed! The bed was comfortable and there were thick curtains to create a dark and quiet night sleep! Parking is on the streets around the accommodation, the accommodation is at the top of a steep hill but offers wonderful views over the lake! Will stay again if we return to Queenstown!

Cant complaint about the location which is really close to city centre and that it offers free parking. Cleaniness need improvement tho. Overall we had a good stay.

Location good bec it's only about 800m to town area.
They didn't Vacum the floor even though they clear the garbage. Not suitable for those who have knee problem bec need to climb quite a lot of stairs. Parking is not easy as need to park away from allocated room. View is nice from balcony.

The apartment was clean and ok, but the sofa bed is a bit questionable. I had to make up the bed myself and one bed sheet was missing, and since it was after 8pm, I couldn’t even call the reception or housekeeping for that. I had to use towels to cover the duvet which was a bit disgusting.

Cozy type. I always go out to be self-sufficient. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the town, and you need to climb a small slope to return. But there are vending machines in the hotel. The road at the door is under construction recently. The heating is very sufficient. For some day tours, you can pick up at the Millennium Hotel opposite the hotel, such as the Milford Sound plane and boat day tour. Life in Queenstown is mainly about relaxation. Sunny is rainy, rainy is sunny. I directly gave up a non-refundable youth hostel that cost more than 100 yuan a night. Just be happy.
