The room is very nice. Surprised that sharing toilet Is nicer! Don't need to worry as they keep them clean and all you need is supplied. :) not so far from town. Easy to work

Hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed; however, needs some updates. TV was partially broken and bathroom fan broken. Told the receptionist and he said he knew about it already. Also, walls are very thin so can hear flushing toilets and people walking about all through the night. Not a great sleep! Not too much of an issue, but as Queenstown is expensive, would be nice to have these things fixed if they knew about them!

The rooms are super nice. And the kitchen has a beautiful view. There is a weird smell like spices) in the storage room and our bags now smell like it but other than that the staff was friendly and the room was extremely comfy (the bed was like sleeping in a cloud)

Having prepaid our accommodation fee, check in and checkout was quick and easy. Conveniently located with Skyline Gondola and town centre within a short walk.
The room is a little bit small for a family of 4 though it didn't bother us as we only went back to sleep.
