Service: I would like to praise the Japanese front desk lady by name. I forgot to ask her name. In addition to the standard check-in process, she took the initiative to ask about the itinerary for the past few days, helped remind the travel time to each project, and led the way to the room in a very detailed manner to help introduce a series of ways to use various equipment in the room. She had no accent at all and was warm and thoughtful. I felt that this was the ceiling of hotel service during this period in New Zealand.
Facilities: Very good, the facilities in the room are very complete, the surf bathtub is good, and the public area facilities are also great. The garage entrance is very steep and narrow, brothers with wet hands should drive carefully.

The room has a direct view of the lake and snow-capped mountains. The scenery is very nice. The hotel is two kilometers away from the town center. There is a walking path and it takes 35 minutes to walk there. There is a shuttle bus available. Book it in advance. The shuttle bus back to the hotel at night is a bit tight.
