Very nice hotel and competent staff. Very rich breakfast with Chinese things and something international. The rooms facing the buildings are very large but poorly soundproofed and on the second day we moved to the room facing the river. It's a shame for the disrespectful guests who smoke everywhere but that is not the fault of the structure which does everything to keep the common areas clean. Gym with lots of equipment but dated and very smelly bathroom on the gym floor.

Qingtian is a very comfortable small place, there are many cafes, it is worth a visit, the hotel is on the side of the city, surrounded by building materials market, but the hotel has a good environment and the room is OK.

I went to this hotel in late February, 2023. The weather was fluctuating from maybe 10 to 25 degree celsius. Unexpectedly, the air conditioner in the room is providing hot air instead of cool air. We experienced 32 degree celsius in the room at night time. After we have asked the front desk for what happened to the air-conditioning, the staff explained that only hot air will be provided in cool weather. So we simply switched off the air conditioning in the other night, then everything goes back to normal. The location of this hotel is nice but do not expect too much on the scenery.

The previous bad reviews were resolved immediately by the hotel because there was a misunderstanding. The chief of the hotel is very responsible, and the rooms are nice and big. I will definitely stay here every year when I return to China. Hygienic breakfast is good
