Qiaoxiang Shimao Grand Hotel

We booked 2 nights. The room felt very depressing on the first night. There was a window above the bed and the room was very poorly soundproofed. I was woken up early in the morning, so I explained to the hotel and changed to another room. The situation was the same. I could still hear the sound of the train. The cleaning was not in place and the toilet lid was very dirty. I didn't want to argue with them, but I was very dissatisfied. There were no cafes around the hotel to sit in!

Bad review. I booked five rooms through Ctrip, but four of them were corner rooms. They were small and dark, with windows at the head of the bed. I regret not booking the five-star hotel across the street.

The front desk clerk knows nothing, can't even issue an invoice, doesn't know what time the gym opens, and can only smile like a fool. How did they recruit this girl? She doesn't even know what a scanned document is. Is the front desk of a four-star hotel so lowly? The porridge is okay, but the shark fin is too oily.

The so-called family room was basically a standard room with the bedding changed and a few balloons on the floor. The tent shown in the photos upon check-in wasn't there, and the toiletries were just the usual ones. We had to request a tent, which was brought over, but it was very cramped after we set it up. The hotel window was broken, and the complimentary fruit was rotten. The facilities and services were not up to star rating standards.
