The vacation was incredibly good 🙏 The impressions were very pleasant and I will definitely recommend Golf Beach to all my friends. The service is very good! The hotel staff is smart, starting from the reception and ending with the chefs in the restaurant. We were given a beautiful room just like that at the reception along with early check-in 🙌🏻 it was the best gift on the day of arrival. Food is art. Everything is fresh and incredibly tasty. I wanted to taste every dish. The choice and variety are 10/10. Alcohol and soft drinks are all in bottles. There is nothing on tap. There is nothing diluted or of poor quality. Any cocktail or drink is delicious. Guava and mango juice is just fire. Animation and entertainment program is rich and comfortable for children and adults. Daily show program. I have not seen such animation in any hotel. The sea is love. We even saw a turtle in the reef. Stingrays, needle fish, many colorful small and large fish, stone fish. It was so beautiful. The beach is cascaded, many steps, get ready for physical exercise. Be sure to visit the transparent toilet behind the beach bar) emotions are guaranteed. Room 2504 for a family of three was given to us in the villa. It was a two-room with a shared bathroom and a huge dressing room. Every day the mini-bar was replenished with soft drinks, which was very convenient. I really enjoyed my vacation! I will be happy to come back here again!

Worst experience ever! Our Christmas and New Year vacation was a disaster. All hotel staff starting with the Front Desk employees, Wait Staff, Bar Staff, Room Stewart and everyone else until the Beach Towel guys are extremely rude, super loud, unhelpful and unprofessional. The hotel room had poor maintenance, All inclusive means nothing! We had to beg for bottled water, Egyptian alcohol is horrible to drink and every time we ask for something from the bar, we were mistreated, shout out or made fun off. The Bar Staff was so loud that it was impossible to enjoy even a cup of tea in the lobby. Some of the Beach Boys were aggressive, the sunbeds are always “busy” unless we tip to get them. For a 4-star hotel, the dry breakfast they offered is an insult. The only two people who made our staying mor bearable were Mr. Moataz -Restaurant Manager and Mr. Mohamed - Sous Chef. The Grand Oasis Resort needs more staff like them if they dream to stay in business.

I am still living here. The hotel environment is very good. It is next to SOHO Square and has several swimming pools. It is all-inclusive and very worry-free. Food and drinks are available at any time. The meals are very hygienic. There are seafood meals every few days. All the employees are very polite. There is a minibus to the beach, which arrives in a few minutes, or you can walk there. The hotel has its own beach and beach bar. You can get towels with a card and snorkel from the platform. The scenery is beautiful. I think the price-performance ratio is extremely high! If there is a shortcoming, the room the front desk guy gave us at the beginning was behind the children's area. We asked for a big bed room and gave us a family room with two small beds. The facilities were very old and the balcony door could not be closed. I suspect it was because of the price increase during the peak season, but Ctrip's price is still okay compared to other platforms. The front desk did it on purpose, or it may be due to other reasons, which cannot be distinguished. Anyway, I asked to change the room and I was changed. The facilities in the new building are obviously much better.

1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day. 2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish. 3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style. 4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant. 5. The all-inclusive beach drinks are only in plastic cups, not a can if there is no glass.

Advantages: The hotel can only check in at 2pm. We arrived at noon. The front desk stored our suitcases and hung a sign for us to go to the restaurant for lunch first. After lunch, we went to the room at 2pm. It was ready. A waiter took us to the room and delivered the suitcases to the room. The food in the restaurant was OK. Chinese stomachs can be picky. The hotel staff, especially the restaurant water bar, were very enthusiastic~ The key point is: the room is very clean! The toilet is also good~ The facilities are modern and clean, which is very important for girls! The beach is really very big, very big, very big, and I didn't dare to go down. The hotel has its own swimming pool, and the cocktails in the water bar are very delicious. There are yoga classes and various courses. I didn't go to them. I saw someone taking them

My brother and I have just returned from Jaz Fayrouz, this is our 9th stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day by the great housekeeping team, the food in the restaurant is always very nice, Jaz Fayrouz has a beautiful sandy beach. Whilst at Fayrouz you must checkout the Pirates Bar great food in there and Mohamed behind the bar will look after you. We will hopefully be returning Jan/Feb, I can honestly say you wont be disappointed with this excellent hotel.
