Qesm Sharm Ash Sheikh Hotels with Wi-Fi

Because we were two people staying in a twin room, after booking on Ctrip, they charged me an extra 10 USD (about 72 RMB), saying that the price was different for two people and one person, even though the room was the same, but they charged me 10 USD more. My other half and I stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2024 and we bloth had a great time. Works were going on to the top swimming pool, but they didn't affect our use or enjoyment of the hotel. It should look great when it's finished. My first mention is Ahmed the chef in the main restaurant. He was fantastic. I am a vegetarian who doesn't eat tomato. On many nights Ahmed would cook me a special pasta with all the things I love in it. There were also many nights when I could easily eat off the the buffet. If there was anything I wanted, I just had to ask. Ahmed also cooked up some wonderful meals for my boyfriend. I loved the chocolate fountain and there was always a supply of lovely strawberries and bananas to dip in it. My next mention is to another Ahmed who served in the restaurant. A very lovely man who helped to make our holiday special and was always on hand to help with anything. We rarely had to ask for another drink. The swimming pool attendants were also always willing to help with anything, and the staff behind the downstairs bar were always friendly and helpful. We hardly used the upstairs bar. There was always nightly entertainment, almost all of which was good/excellent. One night was not the usual standard, but it gave us a good laugh. Our room was a good standard and was always kept clean and well stocked. There are lots of steps, which is not surprising when a hotel is built into a cliff, but there was a regular cart going around the resort transporting people and you could phone for one as well. I am a diver and spent many days diving with Dive Inn. The reef just off the beach is fantastic with many different types of fish. The dive staff were wonderful and the diving was excellent. I will review them separately. We will definitely go back, and we would say that whilst the resort was excellent, it really was the people who work there who made it such a great holiday.

Meals: Three meals a day, many varieties, but it is still not good for the Chinese ... But eating several all-inclusive hotels in Egypt is not in line with Chinese taste, so bring some instant noodles with chili sauce ... … There are 3 or 4 restaurants in the hotel. There is basically no difference between each meal in the restaurant ... but there are a lot of people in the restaurant. The entire hotel is very lively. There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. Basically the hotel staff will speak Russian first. Chinese people did n’t have any when we went, so they are Asian faces. It was so prominent that every time the brother who was in the event atmosphere group wanted to bring us to play ... even the staff at the hotel asked why we came here ... And customer service is always online, like one! Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ...

Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. If you pay the same amount, you don't get access to the adults only area at the Club and you have to walk at least 800 meters to the beach. I think that's a rip-off for the same price, especially since you can't find this out anywhere. In addition, the jetty for snorkeling was only open from 3 or 4 p.m. and closed again at 6 p.m. You book a beach holiday for snorkeling and can go snorkeling for exactly 2 hours a day on the hotel's own reef. Food: Varied, especially lots of desserts. We liked the BBQ area (fish or meat). Drinks took at least 15 minutes and were only served in small glasses with the meal, so we had to keep ordering again. We could sit outside, but the tables were never set and we had to find staff or cutlery first. Bar: The beach bar was a disaster, far too many people (from three hotels) for 1-3 people. No self-service soft drinks and the vending machine at the snack restaurant didn't work. If you go to the beach in the morning you don't even have water until 10:00. In the evening there was only the lobby bar, everything was overcrowded and there were long waits for drinks, even though the hotel was far from fully booked. Unimaginable when you consider that many more guests could come! Drinks, well, okay Snack restaurant: There was one on the beach and one on the opposite side. Both served exactly the same thing. And clearly only junk food (fried food and bread)! What is the logic of two identical snack bars next to each other with the same offer? Why not another grill restaurant or one international and one Egyptian / Arabic / North African? Junk food, no thanks! Room: Everything worked, cleaning was OK, nothing special. After 4 days we changed hotels because it was OK for a short stay but it would have been really boring if we had stayed longer, especially if you were planning on snorkeling and swimming!

This was our 5th stay at this Charmillion and it has been joyful every time! Very well balanced resort under a fantastic management and a super friendly staff. Very highly recommended especially with kids as you get the Aquapark world and an amazing beach access which is few minutes away! We have been to several beaches in Sharm however this beach is immaculate. There, you may swim/snorkel in shallow water (kids) or in the deep via pier (breathtaking scenery above and under water). We find this resort always alive throughout the day and night with many family activities/events such as mini disco (kids dance on stage with the animation team), darts, water sports, game room, billiards, different nightly shows after mini disco and also live music by the main restaurant and bar. The animation team is also amazing as we see them all the time encouraging kids and guests to join activities. We also appreciate that it's so convenient there where everything is within a quick reach, pools/aqua park, wave pool, bars, gym/spa, kids club, restaurants, stage, built in stores/pharmacy. We find this very important as we don't want to waste any time there:D.. Very well designed, perfect size resort for all guests to experience quality time. Food was fantastic as well! Don't worry about getting hungry as you can get food all day long whether from the main restaurant or from the snack bar (Hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken strips etc) by the pools. Don't forget to try their fresh chunky mango, strawberry or guava juice for only 1 Euro. For us it was a must on a daily basis as it was so good! They even offer them frozen in a bottle, this is perfect because they stay cool for a long while. Can't wait to visit again on our next school break :)))

First of all, the hotel is very clean, the sea and the pools are incredibly beautiful. You see all kinds of fish in the sea. There are hot pools for children. They are very good at cleaning. I think the restaurants are sufficient, you can find something to eat and drink. I would like to thank Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Yahia and Ahmed Essam who work at the restaurant. They took special care of us every day. The Animation Team is an excellent, very friendly team. I also thank them. First of all, they make you wait until 2 pm. Since everyone gathers to check in at 14:00, there is chaos. No one speaks English at the reception, you have difficulty communicating. When you come to the hotel, it is clean enough, you can find any variety you want, there was food suitable for every culture. The sea was full of colorful fish and coral. It was a very different experience. The pool was big enough. The rooms were cooled by 2-story air conditioners. As for alcohol, the local drinks are not very good, you can drink draft beer. It is enough if you get full board. In general, it was a pleasant hotel.

It feels like a vacation here. The snorkeling spot on the hotel beach has more fish than the one at sea, the water is very clean, and there are always vacancies for beach umbrellas every time I go there. The only downside is that there are too many foreign tour groups, and the restaurant is like a food market at mealtime, but the taste is good
