The environment is good, the location is excellent, and the price is high! A perfect stay experience! Serious and sincere service, really good, very warm, highly recommended, I will book this next time I come!

The hotel's internal facilities are complete. The luxurious sea-view suites we ordered can enjoy free steaming and spa services. Extra beds and cots are available. The only drawback is that the food is not rich enough. The Middle Eastern-style buffet has almost no Chinese food. You can order coffee, local drinks and other special drinks. The scenery of the hotel is very beautiful. In addition, the hotel is near Farsha coffee, 3 minutes by taxi.

This was an Amazing 7 night all inclusive break the hotel is kept immaculate and all staff are the most polite and welcoming I have ever experienced.Food is very good huge choice and drinks too.All specialty restaurants are available with Italian the best in our opinion.The beach is just beautiful with crystal clear sea and views are amazing with the best to offer in swimming around the coral reefs accessible via a jetty. Room was huge and immaculately maintained by Fathalla so polite. Buffet was excellent choice accompanied by excellent waiter service from Ahmed again nothing too much to assist. Beach beds & towels drinks awesome pair of Mohammed & Ali made it relaxing and stress free. Overall I would Highly recommend this Amazing hotel with the Best staff and location just the perfect holiday and being our first visit to Egypt. Management is also so friendly and willing to assist to make your holiday the best you could wish for. We already looking to book again and re visit a massive thank you to all at Sunrise Montemare Resort you definitely have it right for the perfect holiday in the sun. Room 1207 is a good choice and highly recommend upgrade and late check out at the hotel don’t use travel agent or TUI far more cheaper and accommodating.

And customer service is always online, like one! Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ...

The location of the hotel is good and the overall environment is okay. What needs improvement is that the hotel facilities are a bit outdated. The air conditioner doesn't work very well, some lamps are broken, the lights don't work, and slippers and drinking water are not provided. I hope this can be improved.

The is and without hesitation the best hotel I’ve stepped my foot in. The hotel itself is super clean very nice staff big place big rooms and many pools you chose from with each one a different vibe from the other you never get bored and let’s not forget the beach you have access to. The staff is incredibly professional very very nice both in the reception and in the buffet big heads up to chef Samir who’s very professional, smiles all the time, he shows you the restaurant around present to you the food goes around to see if everything’s going good, and the food is great very diversified themed food per day and literally everything is good you just can’t choose. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a relaxing holiday.

Had an amazing time with my 2 children -age 8 and 15, the place is massive plenty of beds and pools, and a water park, amazing grounds worked hard on all day, spotless and clean no litter or bugs , gorgeous beach jetty where you can snorkel amazing waters, but what made this hotel was the staff from the cleaners to the waiters, and the bar staff actually bring you your drinks no standing around in massive queues, kids loved the animation team, brilliant with the children especially diddy and nikki, great shows in the evening. staff couldnt do enough so friendly and warm the food was ok some really lovely food like Egyptian bread and meats like koftas and beefs, i didnt like everything but lots of choice for everyone. My youngest had a bad tummy on the last day but think its more to do with tap water not food use bottle water for everything including teeth cleaning!. Soft drinks were all branded but only bad points were the alcoholic drinks were not very nice and hardly any decent cocktails on offer. Would recommend mayby taking your own from duty free!, the temperature is so hot (mid 40’s)in august so if you have younger ones go on a cooler month. But all in all absolutely loved it here would definitely recommend and would definitely go back!! Thank you 🙏

After my last visit in 2007, I read a lot of bad comments on this hotel. But don't believe the bad things you read! Excellent service! Excellent location! People are very friendly and do everything in their power to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned very well every single day! The food is good. Every meal has something for everyone. The chef's at the live coocking working hard to provide you a nice dish of their specialties. Whenever you have a request, if its at the reception, the pool or the restaurant, they help you in any way they can. We went out to Naama Bay a few times. Taxi service in the hotel. For only 10 euro they will bring you and pick you up again whenever you want. The beach is the best I ever had. Go into the sea at the jetties and you will find the most beautiful marine-life. Want to try diving? In the hotel is an excellent diving school. ANAR Dive Center. Bony and Jimmy, thank you for the great experience! Okey... not everything is glamourous! The singer in the evening could maybe expand his songs and sing-capabilities. The shops inside the resort did had their best years a long time ago. But you dont come to this hotel for the shops and the songs ;-) Amazing that, after 17 years the staff still remembered me! We did 3 sessions at the Spa but to be honest, thats a waste of money. They don't really know what they are doing... My wife's back was all blue and black and my back hurts for 3 days so better to avoid the SPA. To close my review, I want to recommend the Beauty salon!!! Alex did a wonderfull job on my wifes hair! She never had such a beatifull haircut as from Alex! We will return this September and all goes well, we will return twice a year.

The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. Also special thanks to Chef Imad for listening to all the comments about the food and for his keenness to provide the best possible quality and service. I hope to visit the place again

Currently here now and up early so thought I'd write a honest review. Family of 4 with kids 15 & 10. Firstly it's absolutely roasting hot 🤣🤣 even at 4.30am. Hotel reception and grouds etc absolutely fantastic and well worthy of a 5* resort. Our room is basic and clean although needs an update. No issues for us at all. The corridors to our room from reception are pretty grim though. We tipped 5 dollars to the reception, luggage man, waiter, bar man and towel/sunbed man on day 1 and have been treated like royalty so far. Loads of entertainment for the whole family every day but not overly advertised so just asked the hard working animation team every day. All the pools are great. Nice and clean and the towel man has them ready for us. Maybe because we tipped??? The beach also lush. Loads of sunbeds. WiFi is good in our room but crap near pools and bar etc. We got a WiFi box delivered ad kids wanted it. Food is also great and we have a very fussy eater. Never not found anything and everything seems nice and fresh. Only issues we've had is with the warm and extremely small drinks. Branded soft drinks like Coke and Sptite but the smallest cups ever. Plus little or no ice unless you ask for it. All in all fantastic resort with very very hard working staff. Massive thanks to the pool man who got our sunbeds ready every day, before we even got to the pool. Azra and Zara from the animation team were fantastic. Lastly Muhammed Farthy who was by far the best waiter we have ever encountered on holiday. We were waited on hand and foot.
