I have travelled to Egypt (Hurghada) 3 times in the past year and can honestly say that the experience that I had in this hotel was by far the most special. The staff were amazingly friendly, professional, kind and super efficient. The hotel room was great we had an amazing sun facing ground floor room. The food was also great so were the cakes. The entertainment was the best I have experienced in a hotel in Egypt try even had a magic show on the beach along with foam parties and mascots for the kids. I have seen that there has also been some negative feedback towards this hotel regarding 5 star etc this is not the hotels fault my experience was great and anything that I had concerns with the management were always on hand and more than happy to assist so I think it's very unfair. I am comparing this to other hotels that I have stayed in. They have 2 types of rooms. As for any food complaints all all inclusives are the same. People have complained about the pool being cold well it's December! The pool by the beach was perfect and the lifeguard was very good at his job watching the children. I shall be returning!! After a while, the shuttle bus will come, pick us up and go to the front desk to check in! Many people check in at the front desk are very complicated. Because the voice is not very smooth, it is understandable for us to provide relevant procedures and wait for a while. What cannot be understood is that when the procedures are complete, we are informed that we cannot check in because the supplier is not Chinese. It's from the UK, let's contact the supplier by ourselves! So we contacted Ctrip. Ctrip was very active in communicating with suppliers. At this time, I heard the man at the front desk shouting: Chinese! Because there are a lot of people in this lobby, but there is no Chinese, so we judged that he must be calling us and then check in for us. The hotel did not apologize for causing us to check in late. Instead, Ctrip took the initiative to subsidize us 100 room rates. awesome! At this time, a waiter was expressionless and drove us to our residence with a shuttle bus! Since we only booked a hotel for 1 day, we had to check out at 12 noon the next day, but we were late at 3 o’clock in the evening on the second day, so we asked if we could check out late, and the answer was 70 Euros to stay in the evening. At 9 o'clock, we agreed, but we need to change rooms. Someone will take us to the changed room! We waited for the waiter in the room, who drove the shuttle bus. When we arrived in our room, we had a 30-inch suitcase and a check-in box. The waiter had a grieving face throughout the process and did not take the initiative to lift the box for us. As if we owed him and we carried the box for him, when I arrived at the shuttle bus, I put my cabin box behind the shuttle bus. At this time, my husband prepared to put the box in the front, and the waiter called him to put it in the back. But my husband hadn’t put the big suitcase in the car, but the waiter violently reversed the car. My cabin box banged from the car and fell directly to the ground, causing my RIMOWA suitcase to be thousands of big. There are obvious scratches on the hands. We are very surprised and angry at the rude service of such a big hotel. After the incident, we did not hear an apology! Are the Chinese not guests? The price of this hotel is not cheap, do we spend money in the hotel to enjoy this kind of service? Seriously, it is not recommended for Chinese people to live in this hotel! This is a five star review for an amazing little find. In a sea of King size resorts and aqua parks this is a tiny little gem with 20 beach bungalows. We are a more mature married couple who are also digital nomads and we work from home. The Wi-Fi was good enough enough for us to do zoom calls and the service was just exquisite. It’s a very small place with one gardner one receptionist one manager one housekeeping lad and then a couple of bar and kitchenstaff. This is a perfect space if you want to sit on your patio and read a book, hear the sea on the beach as you sleep and wake up with the sunrise on the reef. Please note there is a jetty to take you out to the reef so you’re not standing on and damaging the coral. The coral is right up against the coast. We highly recommend this and would definitely come back. It’s incredibly affordable and it’s so cute to have a comfortable beach bungalow with a full size bathroom and walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. Spotlessly clean tons of Egyptian cotton sheets and towels. An enormous bed. Air-conditioning (that we didn’t use because it’s December.). we chose to have breakfast included which was very affordable and it was a simple Egyptian breakfast of boiled eggs, cheeses fruits, salad, a basket of bread and fresh handmade danish pastries. We also had juice and coffee and tea. You can take lunch, but as this beach bungalow hotel is also the private beach for four big resorts it does get a little bit busy at lunchtime. To reiterate this is the private beach for four big resorts , so the mini buses do come down between 9 am and 3 pm so if you’re working for home or doing trips out this isn’t a problem for us. You get the beach to yourself at sunset and sunrise which is just magical. Romantic budget practical digital nomad paradise. A four star venue with six star service✨✨✨✨✨✨ take time to speak to the head receptionist Mohamed ALi who although is quite a young man is a proficient novelist and speaks English very well indeed.

We stay with friends in this hotel in January 2025. This is good vacation. Very beautiful hotel, clean beach and pool. Very tasty and different food. They have 3 restaurants. So active animators, especially Margo. Different party like beach party, color party, foam party

I like this hotel for its service, comfort and delicious food. We will come back again.
