Hotel is nice enough. It’s just a bit far from both the downtown area and the airport. There are some good local food/shisha spots nearby.

Fantastic facilities, amazing restaurants and bars in the hotel and right in the heart of the sharm el sheikh. The entertainment team was very inclusive, polite and friendly. Lauren and the others went out of their way to make everyone feel included in all the activities

We’ve just returned from 7 nights at this beautiful resort. Staff were very welcoming, smiley and friendly, upon very late arrival to our room we’d been provided with sandwiches, fruit and water which was really nice. Thank you to the chefs, the food was always good with lots of variation depending on the themed night. Breakfast was very good too with omelettes, fresh croissants and pancakes. Bar staff are super efficient, happy & polite, serving up drinks all day all night, they work so hard! Animation/entertainment team are lovely so if you have any trouble they are there to help. Cassie in particular was very kind to us. Though we didn’t participate in many activities (personal choice) she still took the time to speak with us and ask about our day. Though she always told us about the entertainment on offer, we never felt pressured to participate in anything. This was our first holiday in a decade, so we really just wanted to relax. Cassie respected this but still made the time to come and speak with us. A lovely girl and we hope she continues to enjoy her time working in Egypt. The team overall are very upbeat and make everything so much fun. Cleaning staff work very hard & we always came back to a lovely clean, made up room with towel art. Mohammed was our room cleaner and he was very friendly and helpful. We always found a sun bed, obviously the earlier you get there the better position you get. Thankfully there was never a fight for beds as you see in some places! The lazy river is amazing, but make sure to keep topped up on your sun cream because whilst relaxing the sun is very unforgiving on your skin! Abrahamed & Hossam were our favourites in the water park, they were always on hand with a smile happy to help. They even convinced my partner to give the lazy river a try and it turned out he loved it! The water park is excellent - offering a variety for everyone. The grounds are impeccable and even the agricultural team always offer a smile and hello in passing. There wasn’t a day where staff weren’t busy doing something, it’s clear how much they care for the grounds and environment. Would recommend getting a snorkel mask and waterproof phone pouch to try snorkelling off the end of the jetty. Absolutely amazing! If you look hard enough too, you may even find Nemo!! Overall, a very enjoyable stay and if not for our horrible experience on our return journey (delayed and diverted for 3 days!!!!) we’d be more than happy to return to this beautiful resort. Would highly recommend.

What can I say amazing…. First impressions were not great we received a family room with kids den… I wasn't impressed with the room I’m used to 4-5 star and have never seen a room so basic for that rating it was very tired and the bath was tiny and shower useless… the bed was really comfy and cleaner amazing NOW for the positive the staff never met such loverly people they always go the extra mile for you in every aspect cleaners entertainment bar pool guys but and extra mention for ADHAM kind hearted and a friend forever he never left the kids side and I’m sure if we could have brought him home we would have ❤️ tweety also same applied and the rest of the animation team! Bar staff also amazing! Location absolutely beautiful apart from the room we had everything was perfect so I would definitely recommend asking for a renovated room. Do not book with the guys selling excursions round the pool area as we were promised 3 hours and 2 boats between 15 of us and we had two hours and 1 boat as the other the engine caught fire. (For water sports) half of us was left for over an hour snorkelling and one was disabled the guy wouldn’t give extra once told what had happened and was quite rude. The guy outside the hotel to the left next to the perfume shop was amazing for excursions highly recommended. Food if you’re worried don’t be there was always something to eat and the food was beautiful. On a whole this holiday has been my favourite and we have stayed in 5 star many times but the good out weights the bad! The people really are like family ❤️

Had a fantastic time, was there 2 weeks and could have stayed for another 2 weeks, this was the best holiday I’ve had in a long time, I’ve been to Egypt 4 times and this is the best hotel I have been to, hotel amazing something for everyone and spotless, food was delicious different themes every night, lots to choose from, animation team was amazing they put 100 percent into everything, Destiny was amazing with all the kids my 3 kids absolutely loved her. Every member of staff was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will hopefully be going back next year.

Coral sea water world is a very nice hotel and we had a good stay. Going in February the weather was hot 20-24 but the pools in the hotel were freezing. There is one heated pool in the centre of the complex which the entire hotel swarms to. This pool is very loud with incredibly loud music through a lot of the day which if you are sitting near means you have to shout to communicate. The other pools are lovely to sit around but are unusable with how cold they are. The same with the water park, freezing water but the slides are good and the kids loved it and areas for the smaller children too are great. The lifeguards are something else at this hotel, very on the ball and hot on it. A previous unfortunate event seems to have prompted this and honestly they are amazing. At times a little too much, as the children couldn’t even dip a toe in the water without making them all sweat and jump to their feet. They have very strict rules and continuously telling people off for various things which gets a little draining when the kids just want to have fun. They were unhappy they couldn’t jump in the pool like they have in other resorts. The food is lovely, they do incredibly well for the amount they cater for and we had a good tasty meal every night and lots of variety. The bbq night is the best. Probably the best food I have had in a large all inclusive hotel in Egypt. The a la carte restaurants, Asian and Italian again are both delicious and would recommend a visit. The sea off the hotel is very disappointing if you want to do snorkelling. There is a long pier which still doesn’t take you out far enough to the reef unlike their neighbouring hotels with their giant piers which allow people to access the reef. Very bare and a few fish visible but don’t get excited for this. We did a day trip on the seascope which is the submarine boat which was fun but a little over prices for the short trip. We also did a 5 hour boat trip to Ras Mohammed which is the marine national park and worth a visit. Again a little colder in the sea for the time of year and the recent winds they had had before our holiday meant that the ocean was a little churned up than normal which slightly reduced the visibility. Snorkelling in a group is much harder and really limits your time. If this is what you’re going for I would suggest researching and staying at another hotel where the reef is better accessed as this was the most disappointing part of this hotel for me. But the boat trips do allow this. There are also plenty of small boats on the beach who will take for private reef trips for a fee. The football pitch on site was a blessing for my son and he spent most of the week there. The small park is also a nice addition for little ones. The entertainment is basic and varied but the young girls do well with what they have and try and get people involved. In the evening they have a mini disco and some form of entertainment. Very pleasant but nothing to write home about.
