Initial view of the hotel looked ok. Reception staff seemed a little grumpy on our arrival but after we got them to smile they were ok. Although we later had issues with our room which some problems never got dealt with very efficiently even after calling them. We got our bags taken to our rooms on the 3rd floor, there are no working lifts in the block we were in so we were glad of the help. Our rooms were clean, but they are very worn and looking grubby in the bath/shower area, They like they are well overdue a refurb. Certainly not 5* rooms, they maybe were 25 years ago but not now...We have stayed in genuine 5* in Sharm and these were not anywhere near of that standard, our rooms were maybe 3* at best.. There was a safe in the room, it didn't work, So we called reception to report it and they said it would be fixed...It never was.... We then called reception to tell them our fridge wasn't working either and they sent someone out who got it working...Then someone else came while we were at the beach and swapped the fridge for another one that was so noisy you couldn't leave it on at night. We decided not to bother with that anymore.. Internet is only available in the rooms if you pay, its $10 for the week so no big deal, but I guess a genuine 5* hotel wouldn't have it as an extra cost. The free internet zone is not in a very big, its near reception but nowhere else. The pool areas are nice and the staff around those areas were brilliant. Also the internet we had paid for mainly worked all around so it wasn't such a bad deal. The hotel grounds are well kept and there's plenty of workmen continually maintaining them and they were all very friendly. The hotel claims it provides local spirits for the All Inclusive... well we had some local spirits in a bar in Soho Square and it tasted nothing like what was offered in the hotel. To be perfectly honest apart from the beer the coffees and fruit juices, the drinks (Local Spirits) were awful. All the Local spirits we were served smelt and tasted pretty much all the same, Awful. Its as though the local spirit is just alcohol of some sort which didn't resemble the drink it was intended to. We went to a local supermarket and brought our own and just used the hotels coke etc. The bar on the beach was good, the guys working on it were fantastic, friendly and very professional. What lets this place down a bit is the two tier All inclusive. There's another bar on the beach you cant use without being in the 'Golden club'. The beach has the entertainment club on it & music every day until 12.30 and then stops until around 3pm when it starts again. However, the speaker is at ridiculously loud levels during these times & it makes relaxing on the beach almost impossible. Its just continuously extremely noisy, it feels like your at a rave most of the time... For me that was really disappointing as you just could not hear yourself think, we moved as far away as possible from the speaker as possible, bu

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

I was impressed by an amazing entertainment team. Everyday we had a lot of fun. Starting from the morning exercises to fire show and belly dancing in the evening. During our vacation we didn’t have time to be bored at all. And for those who loves night life , they would accompany you to the clubs and make sure you’re safe till the end. Special thanks to Shika and Kemech(I hope I got their names right 😳) .

I am still living here. The hotel environment is very good. It is next to SOHO Square and has several swimming pools. It is all-inclusive and very worry-free. Food and drinks are available at any time. The meals are very hygienic. There are seafood meals every few days. All the employees are very polite. There is a minibus to the beach, which arrives in a few minutes, or you can walk there. The hotel has its own beach and beach bar. You can get towels with a card and snorkel from the platform. The scenery is beautiful. I think the price-performance ratio is extremely high! If there is a shortcoming, the room the front desk guy gave us at the beginning was behind the children's area. We asked for a big bed room and gave us a family room with two small beds. The facilities were very old and the balcony door could not be closed. I suspect it was because of the price increase during the peak season, but Ctrip's price is still okay compared to other platforms. The front desk did it on purpose, or it may be due to other reasons, which cannot be distinguished. Anyway, I asked to change the room and I was changed. The facilities in the new building are obviously much better.

1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day. 2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish. 3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style. 4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant. 5. The all-inclusive beach drinks are only in plastic cups, not a can if there is no glass.
