The hotel facilities are old and have not been updated. The hygiene and convenience were not satisfactory. When I checked into the sea view room I booked, the window glass was dirty and I couldn't enjoy the sea view. I called room service to improve it. The sea view on the hotel beach is average, and the food tastes average. There were a lot of bugs in the service room, and my daughter was bitten badly. Overall not worth the price.

It's very quiet and the environment is good, but there are too many mosquitoes, and the hot water for bathing is not very smooth. The hotel said that you can check out at any time 😌

This is my first visit to the DR and my second with the Zoetry brand. It was a beautiful resort, with 25/7 butler and room service, on beautiful grounds with a beautiful beach! Riding horses was included, to my delight! The staff were extremely attentive and personable as well as respectful. If relaxation, great food and accommodations, are what you seek, go to Zoetry Punta Cana!

From start to finish you feel like you are in paradise and are treated likewise. You have your own concierge ( ours was Amada and she was brilliant ) The entire staff were amazing and were so attentive that you felt so special that nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff Ivan, alexandro , Diana and rudinelia were so friendly and knowledgeable and make great cocktails. The staff at the restaurants were amazing friendly and welcoming making the dining experience pleasurable . Added together with the beautiful beach side setting ,lovely grounds and refreshing pools this is an ideal place to get away from it all and relax. The resort has only 92 rooms meaning there are no crowds and this only adds to feeling of feeling special

Perfection !! There is not a moment spent at this resort wasted. The setting is beautiful the grounds and facilities are of the highest quality and are continuously being maintained. The staff are discrete friendly and always just a moment away should you need anything. High quality entertainment throughout the day including serene sound healing (sound baths) and very fun Caribbean dancing classes and evening entertainment shows. Four restaurants with pool side & lobby bars provide around the clock access to your every need with inclusive room service should you need it. This is a MUST if you are looking for a super treat !!

My husband and I visited a week ago and we are still talking about our trip. This is our second time to Zoetry DR- we rarely visit the same place twice but this place is beyond special. If you desire a tranquil, beautiful, and friendly place then look no further. We love how quiet and isolated this resort is. There is plenty of”to do” if that is your desire but if you want to “do nothing” it’s the perfect place. We had outstanding service. Our butler Wriris checked on us daily, Estephani gave me two excellent massages at the spa (highly recommend), and Juan C. brought coffee to us every morning at 7:30 am. Some of the previous reviews complained about the food but we disagree. We thought the food was very good. We loved that each night they would feature a culture specific food. For example, one night was “Dominican Night” and the food was amazing. The staff proudly shared “their” food and how it was prepared. We will return again, without reservation.

10/10 recommend! Amazing drinks and food. Bartenders will make any drinks you want and are all super nice. All of the restaurants were amazing. The whole resort is kept in beautiful condition and you can tell everyone works very hard and enjoys their job. Can not wait to come back.

Can’t wait to return to this incredible resort! I have nothing negative to say. Every experience was exceptional. From the moment of check-in, you feel relaxation and serenity. The staff go above and beyond whether it be in the restaurants or at the pool, doing a special activity, or just walking through the resort. They were all so friendly and accommodating. I wish I could remember all of the staffs’ names, but I’d like to mention Fernando, Willa, Alejandro, Jordy and “Honey”. A special shout out to the activity director! He put together awesome events each day, made sure we had as much or as little to do as we wanted, and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that everyone was having an amazing time. As a picky eater, there were some meals that weren’t my cup of tea but I always had room service to order from if needed. The drinks were fabulous and kept flowing. The room was clean and stocked with everything needed, including bug spray!

We recently spent our honeymoon at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Our concierge, Jose, was attentive, friendly, and even taught us some Dominican expressions! He was helpful with every request and really added a personal touch to our stay. We felt like VIP. On our first night, we encountered a minor issue with our room, but Noel at the front desk handled it with speed and grace, resolving it in no time. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and rooms are beautiful. The bartenders were also fantastic—Jordi, Starlin and Gabriel knew every drink and made every request perfectly. The spa was a highlight—so relaxing! We highly recommend any treatment there if you're looking to unwind. The food and drinks were consistently top-notch, and every staff member we interacted with made us feel right at home (Fernando served us for many meals!). A small tip—a little bit of Spanish goes a long way! Brush up on your Spanish to make the staff even happier! We can't thank the team enough for making our honeymoon so special. We would definitely recommend Zoetry Agua Punta Cana for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway! One watchout: generously use the bug repellant they provide, especially if you're going to sit on the beach. My legs wish I'd used it more.
