Our stay at Tortuga Bay was exceptional from the service, rooms, food and recreational activities. We were active in the Morning biking, hiking at the eco preserve, kayaking and walking along the beach. In the afternoon we would settle at the beach, which is spectacular, to swim and read. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Exquisite Hotel and Golf Course From the moment we landed at the airport, our experience was first-class. The seamless transfer to the hotel set a luxurious tone, with warm welcomes and refreshing drinks upon arrival. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of elegance and comfort, featuring beautifully designed rooms with breathtaking views. Every detail, from plush bedding to exquisite dining, contributed to an extraordinary stay. The highlight, however, was the golf at Corales. This course is a true gem, offering spectacular views that make each hole a visual delight. The course was in pristine condition, reflecting the dedication of the maintenance team. Each hole presented unique challenges, and the ocean vistas made every swing feel special. The extra strokes we took to soak in the scenery were more than worth it! Overall, this exquisite hotel and golf course surpassed our expectations. With world-class service, luxurious accommodations, and an exceptional golfing experience, we left with memories that will last a lifetime. We can’t wait to return for another round and to enjoy the unparalleled hospitality that made our trip so remarkable. Highly recommended!

From the included VIP experience at the Punta Cana airport to the personal concierges to the ocean front spacious villas, Tortuga Bay is a world class hotel. The service is incredible, the food is delicious, the beds are comfortable, and the private beach is uncrowded and relaxed. We will be returning.

The resort is the best in the Caribbean. It has natural beauty, has perfectly manicured grounds, and the most genuinely friendly staff. The tennis and golf facilities are superior. The food is extremely good with very high quality ingredients.

Outstanding boutique resort. Excellent in all respects. Quality of accommodations, common area facilities, food quality, and overall service were above average. Only area for improvement would be a larger fitness facility with expanded level of equipment. I would sty here again and recommend without hesitation.

Tortuga Bay was 5 star all the way, from the time our plane landed, until our departure at the airport. The VIP experience that comes with the reservation was worth it in itself. We were freeted at the plane, then wisked through customs & immigration via a private lounge. They retrieved our luggage & wheeled it outside where our driver was waiting to take us to the hotel. Our checkin was seamless. An ambassador was waiting for us outside the lobby, then we were shown around the property & taken to our villa. We had a Jr Suite, ocean view because ocean front were all taken when I made the reservation, but we could still see the ocean from our large balcony. The room was large with views from 3 sides. There was also 2 bathrooms which was great; 1 had a jacuzzi, the other a shower. We had our own golf cart & 2 bicycles that stayed parked at our villa. We used the cart to go all over Pintacana resort. The staff there were the nicest, most professional I have probably ever encountered. A big shout goes out to Carlos & Antonio for their amazing help & hospitality. They make you want to come back. We got to love them after just 1 week. Our driver, Alejandro, was another great addition to our trip. He shuttled us to restaurants, etc. There wasn't one bad employee. I could go on & on. It was just the best experience & we have traveled all over the world. The service is second to none, from the beac to the veach bar, to the pool bar to yhe restaurant. Everyone also speaks such great English which was a big plus for us. We just loved every minute being there. It made us not even want to leave the hotel.

An amazing stay at an amazing property! What’s not to love?, VIP transport from the airport to the property which was a quick drive via a limo SUV, met at the gate and whisked through security with a short stay in the VIP lounge while our luggage was being retrieved. The staff and attention to detail at this property is world class. Well done Tortuga Bay!

Best resort! If you want to feel like royalty and have a truly relaxing vacation - book here. The service was unbelievable! Butlers book everything... top notch service everywhere. The food was delicious, creative and fresh. Beautiful, quiet beach with comfortable loungers.Huge, gorgeous room with amazing balcony and two bathrooms) with amazing attention to details. Golf carts to get around the gated community. The ecological reserve is included and has beautiful cenotes. Celebrated big birthday here and they had a birthday sign and balloons in room upon arrival and later in the week a small cake was delivered to the room just to make our stay personal and wonderful! Definitely go above and beyond. Will definitely return to this gem.
