Location very good,right in town centre,hotel lobby and restaurant design are very modern and new. Hotel provided water dispenser at every floor lift lobby,that was very nice. Breakfast is good.

Back again after five years. I had room 807 on the top floor facing the plaza. It had a smallish double glazed dormer window that had seals that were hard, but due to the lack of traffic there was very little traffic noise. A bit of hallway noise due to the gappy door. I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. There was a sofa bed in the room but no mattress. Only Chilean PowerPoints in the room with no USB outlets. No kettle, no bottled water, no slippers, no robes. Hotel instructions and information including menus where via a QR code on one wall.  Typical South American buffet breakfast with lukewarm runny scrambled eggs, nice hams and cheese. No bacon or sausages were offered. Average pot coffee. I ordered a poorly made bitter cortado the first morning and it cost $3,000 pesos extra. I had excellent dinners in the beautifully renovated Faro restaurant all three nights of my stay.  One of the great things about this hotel is that there are free MTB bikes available for guests for the limited number of bike paths available.  Would stay again.

A 4 stars hotel, a bit old facilties but in general OK condition., but some of the some room is (are) not maintained well and very smelly... Asked for replace a room then it was OK. Houses keeping team did a great job and very supportive with help requested, but restaurant (and bar) staff are very impolite and unprofessional in doing their job.... Very strange "room service" as you need to go to the restaurant and pick up the food yourself....

The room is not big, but it has complete facilities. More importantly, it has an unbeatable sea view. I was captivated as soon as I walked in. I'm not sure if I booked a room with a sea view, but the front desk met my needs very well, very professional and efficient. The location is very good, next to the central park, a five-minute walk from the beach, and close to the bus station. Chinese people are still not used to breakfast, but it's okay. Overall, I recommend it

The hotel is so-so for the price! The advantage is that it is on the first line, but for the price you can rent it. The hotel is higher in quality and service! I came for breakfast tomorrow at 10:20, there was no breakfast, it ended at 10:30, they didn't even bring coffee. Well, in general, if you value the comfort of the room, then this is not about this hotel!

From check-in to check-out, every staff member was friendly and professional. They were happy to answer questions, helped me plan day trips, and provided many useful suggestions, especially about local restaurants and visits to the Magellanic Penguin Sanctuary. 4. The breakfast is very rich, serving fresh bread, eggs, cheese, fruits and local desserts. Overall Value for Money Although the price of Cape Horn Hotel is on the high side, it is definitely worth it considering the high-quality service it provides and the convenient location.
