This is a place you don’t want to miss. The location couldn’t be better if you like to wake up to a breathtaking view of the sun coming up over the horizon and reflecting on Lake Titicaca. All the rooms face the lake so every guest has a view. The staff went out of their way to make our stay great. My husband and I wanted to make our room cooler but couldn’t change the thermostat. We asked the front desk for help and they provided us a room chiller and fan that resolved the issue. I especially appreciated the restaurant manager, Hugo. He made us feel like king and queen and accommodated our preferences and requests. We highly recommend you stay at this hotel and enjoy your breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant, and tell Hugo hello!

I would highly recommend the hotel Tierra Viva at the heart of the Puno plaza. The location is very convenient to access the main plaza as well as restaurants and lake titikaka. The hotel staff was very helpful, and Albert went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and successful. Breakfast in the morning was incredible. The rooms and lobby were clean and felt very secure. Also the heat in the room is a huge plus as it does get cold at night.

Great stay here, we arrived not so fresh off the night bus but the staff at Kaaro were super helpful - we managed to check in early and for 10 soles we were able to have the breakfast that morning too. They also helped us arrange our tour of the Uros Islanda. The room is comfortable and has a great hot shower! Recommend staying here if you’re passing through Puno!

One of the best experiences. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helped us a lot. when we left the hotel they stored our luggage, when we returned my sister was very sick, the lady from the reception escorted her to the room where she covered her and let her rest for a while. Very happy with this hotel. Stayed here a few days during our trip to Puno. The staff was friendly, attentive, and most important, the rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable with room overlooking the Bay Area. Yes, they have alpacas cutting the grass lol. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Free WiFi. Hotel has a restaurant inside. We’re typically not hotel restaurant people, but we were forced to eat here the first night. We actually enjoyed it more than some of the restaurants we visited. The chefs did a fantastic job with the food. We voluntarily ate here one other time, tried different food, and it was still great! They have a bar, lots of drinks, wine, and beers. However, the mixed drinks were a little different story lol. Not much experience with mixed drinks from what we noticed. Still a comfy place to relax and have some drinks with great views. Highly recommend this hotel to stay and restaurant to eat at!

We stayed here for a couple of nights on our way to Cusco to acclimatise a bit. We were greeted with lovely service from all staff and our room was absolutely perfect. Room was extremely comfortable and bed was very clean. The Wi-Fi was good and it was so nice to come back in from the cold and always be able to have a hot shower (not like some other hotels we’ve stayed at). There was also coca tea always available in reception. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very nice but there was quite a long wait time (45-60 mins and we were the only table there), food was worth the wait though!

Quelqatani hotel это было настоящим спасением. Мы ехали сюда из Арекипе и по дороге из 30 градусной жары нас настигла пурга и резкое похолодание аж до -5. Такой перепад был резким, шёл снег. Мы резко в автобусе переодевали вместо купальников куртки и дико замёрзли. Отель подготовлен к такой температуре. В номере было тепло. А внизу стояли кислородные баллоны, так как Пуна это высокогрный город. Мы провели здесь совсем немного времени, но были окружены заботой и вниманием. Здесь очень спокойно, просторные номера, отлично работающий вай фай и вкусные завтраки.
