Hotel location is very good, there are many restaurants and travel agencies nearby, the street on the side of the main street is relatively quiet. There is an elevator, clean and tidy, there is bottled water in the room, and the front desk service is good. Breakfast starts very early, and you can order eggs.

Generally, not worth it. The front desk waitress has a poor service awareness.

Overall good, good location, good health, good service, good hot water, rich breakfast. The window is facing the street, occasionally a bit noisy. There is hot water at the front desk. After playing, I am thirsty and immediately have hot water to drink.

Lovely decadent hotel, very unique and with beautiful decor inside, and only half a block away from the main square. It has heaters in the rooms, unlike some of the other hotels in Puno. Breakfast is basic but delicious. For the price this hotel is a bargain, I highly recommend it for one or two nights in Puno and it’s definitely worth to stay here overnight and take a morning walk at the lake.

The hot water problem is much stronger than last year and has been improved
