The room is very clean and you can reach Plaza de Armas in one minute by turning left. Perfect location. The breakfast was very rich, with one or two new foods every day, and the staff were very enthusiastic. The half-day tour to the floating island was also booked at the hotel for US$6, including hotel-pier pick-up and drop-off. I had seen it on Peru hop before and it cost US$15. This itinerary is reasonably priced and the floating island is worth a visit.

Front desk staff not friendly. Room smelled of sewage and had stained carpets. Booked through hotel's website and ended up getting lower quality room than other guests who booked through third party vendors. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Just what we needed for a one night stay in Puno before a tour of Lake Titicaca. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean, tidy and gives a sense of luxury. Incredibly comfortable beds and large rooms. Breakfast was included which helped us start our day just right. We were also able to leave our luggage for over 24 hours as we set off on our tour for free which was great. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Very nice hotel right in the center of town. Very attentive personnel, heater in the room !!!!, nice bed, pillows, hot water. Breakfast is tasty with lots of fruit choices, eggs, cereals, cheese etc Great value for money, highly recommend!!!

No frills hotel which has everything you need - impeccable service and very helpful receptionists! Great location right by Parque Pino nearby all restaurants. Great breakfast too with a great offering. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming

What a great Hotel in Puno! Starting for the location: it's right on the main street of the shops, stores, restaurants even though, Very quiet. 1 block away from the main square. Clean, very cosy ( nice furniture, carpet, warm in winter,elevator) and very affordable (the price include the breakfast). Definitely high quality for a very very good price! Thanks for everything guys from Kaaro El Buho!
