Titicaca Lodge was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Julio is so kind and welcoming and was able to accommodate our departure and arrival times, even when we had to leave early in the morning. He showed us round the Uros islands and told us lots about their community. The lodge and the rooms are beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The food was also delicious. We were able to go kayaking on the lake and watch the sunrise and sunset from the room. We would highly recommend Titicaca lodge to anyone.

One of the best places we've ever stayed in our lives. 1- The access is magical—by boat through the canals of Titicaca. 2- The owner, Julio, is incredibly friendly. 3- The room is stunning and very, very spacious. 4- The service from Julio and his wife is excellent—worthy of a Parisian palace (actually, better than a Parisian palace!). 5- Considering how remote the place is, the food is genuinely delicious. 6- Peace, peace, and more peace. We could have stayed there for a whole week. I recommend it more than I’ve ever recommended any place before.

We spent three wonderful nights in the beautiful lodge of Julio and Jhuliana. They are extraordinary hosts, the rooms are big, comfortable, tastefully furnished, with heating and all amenities you need. Jhuliana is a great cook and Julio explained life on the islands and the history of the Uros with lots of interesting details. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Julio and his incredible property. The pride and love that Julio has for his heritage, his Uros community, and his gorgeous property were one of the highlights of trip. We learned so much from him about the history of the floating islands and the Uros community in general, and he treated us like family. Not to mention the breath taking views from the room we stayed in (we stayed in one of the sky domes). An experience like this is once in a lifetime, and we were so grateful to Julio for sharing it with us. *also, every single meal was delicious! His wife is an amazing cook!

Our experience at Julio’s lodge was one of a kind. From the moment we stepped foot on his boat, Julio was very caring and just an extremely kind soul. It’s inspiring to hear his story about how he built his lodge all by himself with his wife. He is extremely passionate about what he does, which is noticeable in the attention to detail and design he put into the rooms. The sunsets from the rooms are magical. A big thank you also to his wife for cooking one of the best meals we have had so far on our trip! Overall, it was a once in a lifetime experiences and definitely a honeymoon location. To be recommended 100%!!!

Amazing experience with Julio. We had relaxing time in his boat, using kayak, have a rest on the terrace and the food it's really tasty. Room super good!

We are a group of 7 travelling women friends who had the most amazing time at Julio’s lodge. His attention to detail as well as any requests that we had was exceptional. He is a knowledgeable and charming host. Lake Titicaca lodge has very large rooms all with fireplaces and Julio’s wife is an excellent cook so the food is delicious.

My husband and I were planning on staying only for one night at the lodge; however, the beautiful location and room were so stunning we had to stay an extra night. Julio and his wife were very attentive since the moment they picked us up. They took the time to tailor a tour for me because of my pregnancy, and went above and beyond to take us around and show us the beautiful floating islands. We are very grateful and were pleasantly surprise with how much at home they made us feel, yet the accommodation was still worth of a high end hotel.

The lodge is amazing. It felt like a magical parenthesis during our trip. Julio was very thoughtful and took care of everything (earlier transfer, uros visit, breakfast box, etc.) The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the place !
