第一次來的盤龍灣，之前是聽朋友説這邊還不錯，來了以後發現這個獨棟別墅和木屋的環境不怎麼樣，一個是房間廁所下水道反臭味，泡池和院子的佈置也有些差強人意，國慶期間有可能太忙的原因，別墅外的公共垃圾桶沒有及時清理，垃圾堆放比較多，蚊蟲也比較多。公共區域泡池的温泉水是真的，就是房間設施有待改進，一開始本來想住木屋，一看木屋設施更差，房間都比較老舊，佈置也比較差，還是有待提升，畢竟價格也不便宜。希望商家引起重視

房間一開始是安排在花園房比較下層的，訂了三個房間，入住後味道超級臭。還是阿姨剛剛打掃過的，房子裏面很陳舊的味道，還有一股臭味，後面給換了頂樓就好點了
但是，但是，温泉中心裏面的阿姨，態度和服務真的是超級無敵差

園內環境還是挺不錯的，適合家庭親子聚聚，小木屋設計也挺好的，但是看得出日常設施及衞生維護做的挺一般的，很多都積滿灰塵，總是感覺臟臟的……住個一天半天還行，連住就沒必要了……小朋友很喜歡泡温泉，基本在大池泡，小池温度太高了，不過這個耐温程度因人而異，節假日過去還是人氣爆滿……

入住溫泉獨棟湯苑,設施依舊布點老化，但衛生可接受，環境很優美，觀察渡假村有新發展露營車、溫泉池、燒烤場，期望明年再去。

這間處於郊外的温泉酒店駕車從巿區過來半個小時可達，温泉在午後開始營業便陸續有客人駕車前來，看來不似會宿一宵的。不似是我住過的泉眼温泉酒店，温泉在酒店裡面，步出客房便可以浸温泉，盤龍灣酒店和温泉是分開的，由主樓過去較近，我的房間是在山丘上的公寓，登記入住後便須拖著行李爬上20多級石階踏著草坪去公寓，沿途看見有些住客穿著浴袍拖鞋去温泉，對我來說有些尷尬。
房間寛大但略殘舊，窗外望見草坪十分開揚，浴室有個大木盤供浸浴，但看來很久無用過了, 床單有些污穢, 是預期中事了。
餐廳在主樓，可點菜用餐，但營業時間至晚上八時，如想夜宵便要幫襯温泉區裡的小食亭了。餐廳早上8時開提供早餐，都是些粗糧，我最欣賞的是白粥，富潮州風味。
酒店馬路旁有燒烤吧和便利店。
