I like it very much. I have stayed here many times. The floor is very high. The most important thing is that the room is big and has a refrigerator. Because I like to drink cold drinks, having a refrigerator is a plus.

The room is big, the location is good, the view from the window at the back is good, but there is a bit of plum smell, maybe because the decoration is old.

Overall a wonderful stay. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, help to arrange us rooms that were close to each other as we have booked 2 rooms. Breakfast wise, they provided a good variety of local cuisines and western food, value for money. Room interior is my fav, simple, cozy and huge, with chinese tea set and local tea leaves, even the toiletries are uniq uely collaborate with local brands. Location wise, close to high speed railway but not town area, no eateries around but you can order food delivery.

The hotel environment is very good ~ The room has good lighting, clean and sanitary. Zhong Wenjie at the front desk has a good service attitude. Breakfast is free when checking in. The check-in experience is good and parking is convenient. I will stay here again when I come to Puning.

If you drive, it is recommended to stay here. It is very convenient to get off the highway. The parking lot is large. It is an old hotel with slightly old facilities. The overall quality is very good. The front desk is even better and very friendly. It is very convenient to drive to the city for dinner and sightseeing, about 7 kilometers. It is very quiet at night.

The place is very new and clean. The customer service at the front desk was very polite. Because the high-speed train was late, we arrived at the hotel very late. The lady at the front desk helped us go to the room and order takeaway food for us. Very considerate.

Traveling with cats. First consider pet-friendly hotels. The front desk has a good attitude. After booking, they called to contact me about the cleaning fee of 300 yuan. I said I knew and agreed to collect it. After checking in, the cat was quite used to it and patrolled everywhere. We quickly arranged it to be a comfortable living state for her. We asked for quietness and no odor, and the room we arranged was OK. There are some small problems. The hotels we stayed in Chaoshan area all have Kung Fu tea sets and single-can single-cong tea. Here, there are only tea sets, but no single-cong tea. I asked the front desk and they said they didn’t have it, but they would give feedback. There is a coffee machine, but no capsules. I asked and they sent it to say that it was missing. There is a cup but no spoon. They said the stirring spoon is not standard. These small details need to be improved, but the service attitude is really good. 

The location is very good and it is convenient to travel around. The room is big enough, clean and tidy. Breakfast was very rich. I will stay here next time on a business trip. It is a highly recommended hotel. The price/performance ratio is very good👍.

I came here to visit my relatives. My family recommended Jinye, which has been open for many years. I booked a parent-child room. There are children's slides and toys in the room, as well as cartoon quilts, which are all very cute. There is a restaurant downstairs, and the lunch in the restaurant is so delicious!
