Hot spring Hotels in Puning

The hotel environment is very good ~ The room has good lighting, clean and sanitary. Zhong Wenjie at the front desk has a good service attitude. Breakfast is free when checking in. The check-in experience is good and parking is convenient. I will stay here again when I come to Puning.

The location is very good and it is convenient to travel around. The room is big enough, clean and tidy. Breakfast was very rich. I will stay here next time on a business trip. It is a highly recommended hotel. The price/performance ratio is very good👍.

Service: Very friendly and attentive Location: Right next to the intersection of Yuhua South Road, the hotel is brightly lit at night and is very easy to find. The surrounding living functions are convenient, including KFC, traditional market, night market, and Chunmanyuan, a famous Puning night tea shop. Health: clean, a bit damp due to climate influence. Facilities: The bathroom door cannot be closed, and the water recedes very slowly. Fortunately, I am alone, otherwise it would have flooded out. However, the price is only about 100 yuan, which I can accept.

Puning Station takes less than 20 minutes by taxi, and the location is relatively easy to find. The hotel design style is simple and stylish, which is unexpected. There are large restaurants around the hotel, there is a supermarket next to it, and there is a convenience store. There is a rice noodle shop opposite, it is delicious and cheap. The room is bright and clean, the bed pillows are comfortable, you can sleep with confidence The most important thing is the Kung Fu tea set and tea in the room.

Nice hotel, friendly front desk staff are helpful to offer foriegners advise and directions. Rooms are ckean and nice. The hotel staff has done a great job. There is free self help washing machine, but location is at roof and is spooky to go up in the night, avoid night time.

The place is very new and clean. The customer service at the front desk was very polite. Because the high-speed train was late, we arrived at the hotel very late. The lady at the front desk helped us go to the room and order takeaway food for us. Very considerate.

Overall a wonderful stay. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, help to arrange us rooms that were close to each other as we have booked 2 rooms. Breakfast wise, they provided a good variety of local cuisines and western food, value for money. Room interior is my fav, simple, cozy and huge, with chinese tea set and local tea leaves, even the toiletries are uniq uely collaborate with local brands. Location wise, close to high speed railway but not town area, no eateries around but you can order food delivery.

The front desk service is very good to upgrade the room for free, the hotel also has a laundry room to wash and dry, lazy people must. It is also very close to those punching in the food point. There is a shared bicycle at the entrance of the hotel that can scan the code to rent, but there are not many bicycles, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel has a free ground parking lot. I parked the hotel by car. I came to play for two days and went out to play and eat food. I took a taxi or scanned the sharing. The hotel price is also very cheap.

Traveling with cats. First consider pet-friendly hotels. The front desk has a good attitude. After booking, they called to contact me about the cleaning fee of 300 yuan. I said I knew and agreed to collect it. After checking in, the cat was quite used to it and patrolled everywhere. We quickly arranged it to be a comfortable living state for her. We asked for quietness and no odor, and the room we arranged was OK. There are some small problems. The hotels we stayed in Chaoshan area all have Kung Fu tea sets and single-can single-cong tea. Here, there are only tea sets, but no single-cong tea. I asked the front desk and they said they didn’t have it, but they would give feedback. There is a coffee machine, but no capsules. I asked and they sent it to say that it was missing. There is a cup but no spoon. They said the stirring spoon is not standard. These small details need to be improved, but the service attitude is really good. 

The room was nice and spacious; the pillows for the trial sleep were great, but there was only one in the twin room, and guests were encouraged to buy one. The beef balls for breakfast tasted terrible, and there shouldn't be such terrible beef balls in Chaoshan. The big towel in the room was actually shedding, which was a bit speechless
