Overall, the stay was good. It was close proximity to the water taxis. The food in the restaurant had little choices for dining but the service was good. It was a wonderful stay.

Our experience was good, the service ia very pleasant but I have some thing to comment. One day we stayed some hours in the morning without water. No notice before the cut off. Rooms are only cleaned up under request, so the toilet paper. It's a good resort but there are things to improve.

Aside from the water heater being a bit shaky and the lack of a hair dryer, everything else was fine. The hotel's front door is right by the ocean. Everyone was friendly, though I didn't find anyone who spoke Chinese. However, basic communication was no problem. The environment was pleasant, and I rarely saw mosquitoes. The ocean view rooms are on the first floor of the cabin, and you can dry clothes by the door.

Very nice place, but I would recommend a few things: a musty smell in the bathroom and sometimes near the room; breakfast could be improved with more fruit and more attention to markups. I would also add many more sun loungers near the pool and facing the sea. Our room was very spacious and facing the sea; the only shame was the noise from the generator behind our room.

We stayed at the resort for five nights and have very mixed feelings: - the property is very nicely designed - the pool is very large, as is the breakfast area - the rooms are spacious (there were three of us in a quadruple room) - the beach where the property is located is very beautiful and quiet. Several organized tours depart from here to discover the most beautiful beaches, and there are several points from which to catch taxi boats to find the cheapest one. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, but there are several cheaper and very good options on the beach. - it's a great place to relax. - the front desk helped us with a water problem on our phone by giving us rice. - there's a clothesline outside every room on the upper floors. - overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Every morning we had to request a room cleaning at reception, yet they only made the beds, but never cleaned the bathroom or the floor. We also had to ask reception to replace the towels and toilet paper. - One day there was no water in the room; in the evening it came back, but it was full of sand and unusable. They gave us the option of showering in the pool. - One morning the power went out. - There was no hair dryer, even upon request, nor was there laundry service (they told us to go to another hotel on the beach). - The breakfast was generous but of poor quality. - The pool was very large and beautiful, but not well-maintained. - Overall, everything was very nice, but very poorly maintained. - The bathroom always smelled bad, and the shower water wasn't always hot. For a few nights and with a little adjustment, it's a nice place, but you can't expect European standards despite the property's great potential.
