Hotel is placed at the most beautiful part of the beach. Staff is very kind and polite. Bathroom has hot water pumps which is very convenient.

There is no service at all. No reception either.
In the morning, when we were leaving, I woke up the workers to find someone to return the deposit.
When we arrived, the shower did not work, they fixed it, but not for long. I took a room with a sea view, half of the windows looked out onto construction waste.
Workers build at night, apparently it is hot during the day.
They walk, shout, shine flashlights.
It is impossible to explain anything - the hotel belongs to Indians, they do not understand English.
Snorkeling is not very good - there is almost no reef.
But the beach itself is probably the most beautiful on the island.
We walked through the jungle to PIR - about 20 minutes.
If, like me, there are no options at all, then you can stay for a couple of days.

I liked our stay at the hotel, free Wi-Fi in the hotel cafe, clean bedding, quiet air conditioning, water heater, in general, everything was there for a comfortable stay. An unforgettable holiday on the beautiful islands

The air conditioning control broke and we couldn't lower the temperature. Only on/off option.
Breakfast starts at 8.30, and for the Redang boat trip we went to have breakfast somewhere else since the excursion started at 8.40.
Comfortable beds.
Very little water pressure in the shower.

We stayed in a chalet. The chalet was very basic, without a cupboard, a shelf... but really spacious. The bathroom was also large, the shower jet was very weak. The artificial grass in front of the door was inconvenient, just wooden planks would have been much more practical. All in all we were quite satisfied with the location and the spacious room. We thought the price was way too high for what we got, and the staff hardly seemed to know anything. One young man was very friendly but quite helpless, the others were not friendly. One man even looked at you disapprovingly when you brought something to the fridge, because he thought it was unthinkable that a can of beer would be put in his fridge.

From the beginning we arrived to the Moonlit Cafe at Empire resort we were met by warm and friendly personal, especially the owner Mohammed! We love your pancakes with Nutella😛 The advises we got to our further trip in Malaysia was very appreciated. The cafe is a charming corner of the beach and you have a wildlife just in the threes above the cafe, where squirrels and small monkeys is playing.

Good hospitality, great beach and easy to access other activities (near scuba diving place). Kids friendly as beach near the room. The room are comfortable and well organize, toilet are clean and have good water pressure (they also give shower cream) so far good

I had the best meals, the best sleep and a very good experience with the tour guides . The manager is also very nice and even cooked usrefillable portions quickly after our portion was gone.
