how to say very mediocre lunch location ok staff not very pleasant and helpful average cleanliness poor soundproofing certainly the price is very attractive but for my part I will not return my worst hotel experience

They charge for breakfast but if you leave before 7 they don't give it. I understand that the room is not open. but almost all hotels replace it with something minimal to take away. A mini snack, a juice and alfajor or refund the amount if they do not provide the service. The lack of customer service is a shame.
