Terrible. The hotel is not worth the money. The room is old, there is mold, ants. These are not four stars, but all two European ones. Don’t expect free water, hygiene products either - maximum savings for the client. Food is poor. The only plus is the spacious hall
They also made me nervous when I picked up my luggage in the evening.
In the morning, at checkout, I asked where I could leave my bag, and they showed me that it was with that big pile of luggage. Well, I left it. And in the evening, another administrator with big eyes said that she didn’t know where my bag was, that I needed a voucher, but simply no one gave me or offered it to me! As a result, the bag was found; someone took it to another room. Terrible stress before departure.
I do not recommend this hotel!

Hotel location is very good, one kilometer from the three countries, there is citybus and bus stop to Iguazu Park. There is a big supermarket 1 km walk. There are many places to eat near the supermarket. There is a Dona Ana fast food that has hot soup and various hot vegetables. The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the surrounding environment is very good. I wake up in the morning listening to the birds. I like the fruit for breakfast, there are papaya mango pineapple watermelon melon.
The pillows could be better.

Located in a dense forest, the environment is beautiful and elegant. The reason for the high humidity may be that the hotel is an all-wooden structure with a sense of age and the facilities are a bit older.

The whole environment of the hotel is in the woods, there is a swimming pool, breakfast is rich, there is a front desk that can speak fluent English, there is a high-rated hotel next door, and the quality of the hotel's own order is also good. There is nothing wrong with it except that it is far from the city.

公寓型的反而比Loft乾淨和安靜一些。房間整體不錯，就是插頭都是斜的沒有Usb接頭。所以自己要記得帶轉接頭不然就懵逼了。
網絡不太行，大晚上下了場雨，劈了個雷，網絡給整沒了，第二天也沒修好。
酒店的按摩師可以試一下就是放鬆，前台定，按摩椅會給你送屋子裡麪，一次大概40多分鐘吧，簡單放鬆的。
時間問題沒去成伊瓜蘇瀑布，前台可以預定司機，下午3點前最後一班車，再晚就關門了。

JJasin LinaCheck in on late time and Lucia understood that we were tired, so she's been very sweet to walk us to the room. The landscape of the hotel is stunning.
Our room overlooking to the swimming pool, but no time for swimming hhh.
The room is very clean, the bed was cool and shower room are perfect with very easy adjust the water temperature, no free water bottle, so i must purchase from the restaurant.
The breakfast is perfect with many variety of fruit, yogurt, pastry, snacks and drinks
and i love the omelet that i order from the kitchen.
When we don't have cash for taxi, receptionist help us to paid with 10% interest, which is fair.
Parking area is huge in the middle of the rainforest
All staff are very friendly and helpful, lobby is gorgeous too
Overall is our perfect stay in Iguazu Cataratas and I highly suggest to all type of traveler to check in here.

AAmandaGreat hotel, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very clean bathroom with bathtub. Friendly and attentive staff.
The structure of the hotel is great, even after the checkout, we are still invited to appreciate the structure and visit the biological center located inside the hotel. Quiet and in contact with nature, my favorite space is the pool area, which is amazing! I will be back soon!

SshawndaikiCame over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth.
The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel.
The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch.
The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread.
We had an enjoyable experience.

XXiaoxuan3490The room is large, especially the bed is large and clean, which is not bad in Argentina. The airport bus can go directly. Turn right about 200 meters to see the three country attractions at a glance. It is also the starting point of the bus to the Great Falls. At present, the one-way ticket to the Great Falls is 3,000 yuan, and the airport is 3300 yuan (5900 yuan back and forth), and the taxi is 12,000 yuan. Tickets for the Iguazu Falls are 20,000 local dollars (about $20). Car rental and travel can be handled in the hotel TAXI and REMIS centers, and the service is very good. The hotel stipulates that check-out at ten o'clock. Since we are on the plane, the front desk asks the manager to check out until twelve o'clock.

YYUKO5555The location is excellent in front of the bus terminal that is the base for Iguazu Falls!
The staff is also kind and perfect if you just want to sleep.
However, the shower does not come out well, so I do not recommend it for those who are not used to overseas or who want to take a good shower.
For some reason, there was no soap for the amenities, but shampoo and treatment.
Of course, there are no toothbrushes, slippers, etc.
Cleanliness is average.
Breakfast was included and there were bread, ham, cheese and sweets.
The price is reasonable and if you stay in Puerto Iguazu from the Argentinian side for one night, the location is No. 1 anyway!
I personally recommend it.

GGuest UserThis place was amazing for the price. Met some awesome folks and enjoyed some delicious beer. I loved everything about this place. The rooms were nice with hot water. There was a beautiful pool to relax and enjoy the sun. The beer was some of the best I've had in Argentina.
