The hotel is far away and in a neighborhood that is not nice. The best thing is the bed and the pillows. The worst thing is the kitchen and the lack of organization. There are 2 employees who are excellent and helpful. We were forced to eat there and the food is average to bad. We asked for the account summary and it took them a day and a half to give us the amount we owed. When they checked the account they were charging us 150 thousand pesos more. It was not easy to regulate the hot water. I really do not recommend it.

El lugar es muy lindo, nuevo, habitaciones cómodos. Como punto a mejorar es que carece de lugar de colgado, ya sea de ropa como de toallas, importante considerando que llueve bastante y es necesario colgar la ropa. Esta MUY ALEJADO del centro y de lugares donde comprar comida o salir a comer. Esto no es menor porque llegas tarde de la excursiones y es lejos para salir a comer, por lo que tenes que quedarte a comer en el restaurante del lugar que es MUY MALO. Nos dieron hamburguesas crudas, la comida salada, las pastas muy malas, las milanesas quemadas, cuando reclamamos la cocinera nos contestó muy mal diciendo que estaba sola. El desayuno está bien pero le falta opciones sin tacc y no hay fruta, muchas harinas. No son prolijos en la carga de los consumos. En nuestro caso pedimos un día y medio antes de la salida el resumen y lo entregaron 10 minutos antes de que nos buscaran para salir al aeropuerto. Tuvimos que controlar porque estaban mal cargadas las cosas, algunas mal cobradas. Las recepcionistas impecables tratando de cubrir los agujeros. NO RECOMIENDO PARA IR TANTO POR UNICACION COMO POR NO TENER OPCIONES DE COMER.

Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo. Pasamos dos noches. El hotel es practicamente nuevo, las camas son súper amplias, la limpieza impecable y la cordialidad del personal se lleva todas mis estrellas. Esta un poco alejado del centro y el barrio no es muy lindo pero entras al hotel y eso pasa a un segundo plano. Cada vez q fuimos al centro lo hicimos en remisse (Nico de la recepción se ocupó de conseguilo) y nos salió $500. Si no tenes ganas de manejar lo recomiendo. Destaco la atención del personal, fueron súper amables y atentos a lo que necesitabamos.

Excelente hotel, todo el personal un diez!!! Fuimos con mis padres, suegros e hijos. Siempre amables atentos a nuestros pedidos. El desayuno súper variado y riquísimo! Las habitaciones confortables. Recomiendo cenar allí al regreso del paseo por Cataratas. Todas las noches ofrecían un menú diferente. Destaco la atención de Micaela, muy amable! Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo y volvería!!!

Muy lindo hotel, todo nuevo. Lindas habitaciones, baño y espacios comunes. Todas dan al jardín con balcón y vista agradable. Hermosa piscina. Única desventaja queda a 10 o 12 cuadras del centro y las calles son oscuras o con terrenos no habitados. Buen desayuno.
