The hospitality was very great. One of the best one that we had in China. The kindness of the reception ladies was awesome. They accompanied us trought our stay, by activities suggestions and transportation help. Thank you for this unforgettable welcoming.

I traveled with my girlfriends and booked two rooms, the hotel rooms are quiet, the facilities are complete, the sanitation score is full, and the waiters and staff are very enthusiastic! The hotel is also very convenient for eating and has a variety of choices. Parking is free, just in front of the hotel. There is also a parking lot behind the hotel. All hotel staff will take the initiative to greet you, very polite, handing things to you with both hands, the service is sincere and makes people feel good. Free unlimited fruits in the reception lobby, unlimited mineral water in the aisles on the floors. The room is equipped with raw Pu'er tea and cooked tea and coffee, which are not cheap. The room is also equipped with a small refrigerator, and the drinks in it are free. The breakfast is free and rich in variety, with Chinese, Western and Japanese flavors, and there is also a free night meal in the evening, which tastes very good. Strongly recommend staying. During our stay, some of us were not feeling well. Chen Chunluo, the hotel manager on duty that night, escorted us to the hospital immediately, and she paid for the taxi and registration fees by herself. We would not charge her afterwards, saying that she should do it. The front desk staff also helped to comfort, and the hotel's vice president Liu kept sending messages to inquire about the situation. I am very grateful for the concern of the hotel staff. It is a warm, enthusiastic and professional hotel! Will definitely stay in Pu'er next time.

Nice Hotel on the 5th (top) floor. Very nice and helpful reception. The hotel even offered a shuttle service to the train station on our departure day. The hotel is jus a short stroll away from a large food and bar area with everything to enjoy the evening. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a room with terrace to the water side which was quite nice. But be aware that your opposing neighbors will look straight into your full room. So if taking a bath, showering or whatever, close the curtains or allow sneak peeks... The overall breakfast quality was good. Fresh fruit, toast and coffee plus a higher quality standard chinese assortment. Sadly however, not even close to the picture promise. All in all, I would come back again if I planned another stay in Pu'er :)

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Location was ok, next to a half open mall, no convenient stores nearby which was a little annoying. All scenic areas are a short taxi journey away, 3-5 km, not more than 15RMB. Breakfast was average, limited fruit selection, coffee was horrid, mostly Chinese food. Staff were very helpful. Tea, coffee, kettle, water and toiletries in the room. Overall definitely worth the stay for a couple of nights as the price is affordable and the tourist attractions are nearby.

The location of the hotel is usually very good and the travel is particularly convenient. Pu'er's James Coffee is simply great, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is exquisite, and the breakfast is delicious. I upgraded my room type for free, gave breakfast, and sent afternoon tea snacks on the third day. All staff are polite, good service, great! As a hardcore stew powder, I will still choose James Coffee in the future.
