The solution was to give us a room, but we were asked to pay extra💰 and then we didn’t agree🌚 so we got an extra bed🛏! Regarding this matter, I feel that the layout of this hotel is not big and the experience is average! As a result, I didn't want to take pictures when I got to the room. It was a bit crowded because there was no balcony and it was a bit crowded to wear clothes. This place is not suitable for family travel because there is no family room!

The facilities are old and lack proper maintenance, the floors are uneven and creaky, and the room lights and phones are broken. The most incomprehensible and unforgivable thing is that the bathroom lights automatically turn off after 30 minutes (pictures prove this). On the surface it seems to be an environmentally friendly measure, but do we still have to count down when we go to the bathroom to wash up? Especially the bathroom with no windows on all sides. Except for the good environment and location, other aspects are far below expectations.

So I would like to ask how Ctrip rated this hotel, and how did the China Hotel Rating Association rate this hotel? How did Kaiyuan Group allow this man to be the duty manager? When I checked out, I told the front desk to ask the shuttle bus to pick me up. I didn't say how long I would have to wait, but it didn't come. I was in a hurry and had to walk there by myself. There is a large slope from the room to the front desk. My suitcase is heavy, so I am walking awkwardly for fear of falling. But when the front desk clerk saw me, he didn't say a word, apologized, or said goodbye. He took the room card and ignored me. I don't care about it at first, but I think this attitude is inappropriate, right? There is only one shuttle bus, and you can tell me how long the wait will be, and I will explain the situation and ask for help. The guests walked down on their own, but this disapproving attitude was inappropriate, right? Even if this doesn't happen, wouldn't ordinary guests be allowed to say goodbye when they leave?
